First, I didn't hear from them regarding the order I placed for several months, so I went in to recollect the artwork, to take it somewhere else. They had lost it, so I couldn't even do that. Months later, still havent received so much as an email update regarding the lost artwork, a potential refund... nothing.

Unreliable! They said it would take one week max to print my business cards and it has been over 5 weeks. I've been told multiple times that they would be ready by the next day and they still are not finished. I do not recommend this business.
