“I went in to get my modem and router. The sales representative Rich Alder was fantastic! I did not have everything I needed to pick it up but he was patient while I grabbed then.
When I has everything he offered to put everything in a bag and gave me his card of I had any problems.
I called their service number and they were helpful to an extent. Going in was 100% easier.

“We have been having problems with our internet for almost 6 months so the service line sent a technician out. Anthony arrived earlier than expected and was very friendly. He walked me through the entire process and fixed everything that was wrong in a very efficient and speedy manner. I could tell he loved his job and had a passion for it. This was a nice surprise as I have been having an extremely difficult time with the customer service line who seem to have no idea what they are doing. Not to mention not having an English speaking representative. It was refreshing to have someone who seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He fixed the problem without excuses. While showing perseverance and a willingness to get the job done. As you can tell I am very impressed. Make no mistake. If it wasn’t for Anthony and Durango Broadband we would have canceled our service. So thank you.”
