We were in Durango for a funeral and got a roofing nail in the sidewall of 1 tire! It was unrepairable and on a Saturday!? Tried 2 tire stores and were told it was a rare size! My car is not rare? Thank god we found 1 at Goodyear! They were very kind and put us in front of others so we could enjoy a meal with family and friends who were there supporting my husband in the loss of his mother. Thank you so much to the Goodyear team???❤!

I was on my way back to Houston, TX after an elk hunt. Front brakes started grinding. Stopped in Durango at the Goodyear Service Center about 2:40 PM. I told them I was on my way home wanted to know if there was anyway they could work me in and see what my problem was. These guys did a fantastic job. I was pulling a Uhaul trailer they helped me unhitch. They got me in a service bay right away. Needed pads and rotors which they installed. They helped me hook the trailer back up and I was back on the road by 4PM. Great customer service experience. I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair

Drove from Las Cruces, NM and by the time I was unloading my car for the night, I had a flat tire. Danny, the manager squeezed me into a fully scheduled Saturday, fixed the flat and checked out my engine light which had come on as I approached Durango. They were then able to assure me the light came on due to mountain altitude/thin air. I was alone and I'm not very engine saavy so I was initially concerned that I might be taken advantage of off my home turf. Nope, they just fixed my flat, checked out the indicator light, and sent me safely on my merry way.
