I’m not one to give bad reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism on my recent order warranted one. I ordered a bathtub three weeks ago and was told I would have it in a week. The week it was supposed to be here I was told it would actually be here the week after… I waited until the day I was told it would for sure be here and again it wasn’t delivered. They said the bathtub was in Farmington and I asked if we could go pick it up (they knew we had tight deadlines to get a house done) we were told no, we couldn’t pick it up. We were guaranteed that if they didn’t receive it by Thursday they would send a driver down to get it and drop off Friday. Friday came and went and we never heard anything. Unfortunately, we had to drive to Abq to get a different one. I understand things can happen with shipment timelines but what really frustrated me was the lack of communication, the attitudes when we call to get a update, and then just the ghosting of our phone calls completely-We were told that they would call us back and didn’t. The bath was finally delivered and I did get a refund but I had to call back multiple days and times. I love to support local, but I will not be using Fergusons again, as I feel like I wasn’t treated respectfully and my timelines were also completely disregarded.

I deal with Ferguson daily. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. Their store has a vast selection of plumbing and heating supplies by reputable name brand companies.If you need anything for your big projects, ask for the Sales Manager Cody for all your plumbing, heating, and HVAC supplies. He will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction and always has a great attitude

Cons of a small town- parts are hard to source. If we have time to wait and get it online we always do and always will. Every person I've worked with have been super rude and have terrible customer service, whether it be on the phone or in person. However, they did have the part we need... so at least there's that.
