Five star experience from top to bottom. Harold was really patient while we decided what car to pick. He was helpful and a pro as he lead us through the process of buying our new car. Alec was also a pro and provided a lot of great insights about the process and our car in general.. The most hassle free car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I purchased a vehicle today from Durango Value Autos. Harold was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Jordan was so great at making this day even more extraordinary than it was! He answered $10,001 questions he was asked all about the 2021 Venza to his puppy Whiskey Mae from my dearest friend Carolanne and myself. We even found out that we are all patients of Dr Mann and that he was Jordan’s peewee baseball coach! Then we drove to my fiend, Dave Shepard’s Village Auto Care to have him look over the Venza and while Dave was looking ? in, under and through, Jordan got into a conversation with Danny Petrie on the Wednesday True Western Round Up Rodeo! I just got a kick out of just how small this world is!
Once Jordan introduced me to Jaylin he kept checking in and made me feel he cared for me like I was his grandma. Now Jaylin was also asked 10,001 questions on Hybrid batteries and warranties.
Both Jordan and Jaylin deserve a BIG Pat on their back and $$$ in their pockets for making the process so easy and pleasant! I always name my cars and I just might have to name this on JJ ?

Harold was excellent at helping us find the right vehicle! He was so helpful throughout the process, answering all of our questions and keeping us updated on vehicles he thought we would be interested in. Will definitely do business here again.

Harold was so kind during our entire transaction. I was dealing with a very stressful situation, and him, Kane, and Kestrel were all so helpful. I never felt a pushy sales feel from any of them, just a desire to help. Harold was the main person we dealt with and he was great at walking us through everything that needed to be done. Along with all the loan information. All around great experience and I really appreciate the help!

This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, these guys went above and beyond to make this deal happen for me and I couldn’t be any happier. Alec and Jordan worked some absolute magic and got me into the car I’ve been wanting for 10 years, I wish I could give them 100 stars but I guess I gotta settle for 5.

Got a great price on a great new used truck. Harold was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately we had to stop on our way home at a shop to have the tires balanced since it was not done when they put the new tires on. Definitely will be back!! Update: Thanks for sending me reimbursement for the tire balance…good to go?, great truck!

What a great experience! Jordan assisted me in the purchase of my wrangler. He was kind, knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. I was sold pretty quick on the vehicle and he, along with the finance department made this experience so simple. They know what they are doing here. I loved how easy purchasing a vehicle.
