Just an amazing and wonderful lady to help with any Medicare questions and needs. She took so much time with myself and my father explaining answers to anything we asked and guiding us to the best coverage for his needs. I just wish more people we dealt with daily were more like Erica, and I just want to say BIG THANK YOU to her and encourage anyone that has any questions about additional Medicare coverage to definitely give her a call- especially BEFORE responding to any of the MANY commercials airing during the sign up period.

Erica is such a knowledgeable Medicare Agent in so many ways. She's lived in Durango almost all her life I think - that's why she knows so many people and so many resources to help outside of her Medicare work. She volunteers so much time to the community.Every time I have had a question or needed help she went above and beyond to make sure I understood what on earth was happening and what to do next.If you live in or near Durango I would suggest you call her first and find out yourself what I'm talking about! She's a golden gem of a human.I'd call her the Medicare Queen of the Mountains! Highly recommend.
