Didn't have what I was looking for. But I did look at other stuff, left without buying anything.

They have permanently closed their dressing rooms and now they are no longer allowing you to return any items that won’t work for you and get your money back. You can only get a store credit. Bad Policy!!!!
Please…Either open the dressing rooms back up or at least give our money back if it doesn’t work and we have gone home to try it on. So disappointed in you!!

The customer service wasn't very professional. The employees were not very friendly. The restroom is locked and when I asked one employee to open it he was very irritated. The prices aren't too bad but I only looked in the cookware.

A place that sells worn out clothes has now made the policy to not let you try them on. Additionally, you can't even piss here without a employee key. Back to Walmart I guess. Luckily, there's a camera blind spot between the reclametals and trailer area behind the store that, at least for a guy, you can piss behind.
I also wanted a minor $5 item from this case and in 45 minutes never saw a worker in the store, except the guy at the register.

Literally everything here is overpriced. I spend a lot of time thrifting around different states and have been to this 20+ times. There are no deals here. It makes me angry when I see plenty of things with labels you can look up and find they are charging nearly the same as the item is new.

The worst place to work for I experienced discrimination and retaliation from former store manager. Store is very unorganized. Employees go through the stuff first before is is put on the sales floor. The manager Pete needs to go back where she came from. They let go of all of so many good employees base on micro little things. They need to get rid of main manager at goodwill, prices have gone sky high, restrooms are locked, can't try on clothes in dressing room. Before he had some amazing managers before Pete. And donations I have never seen where that money goes and they would never tell employees where it go towards.

You all left when my sister was the only one left in parking lot. You need to stay and see if she gets out ok. Not good she lives in Aztec and you need to tell her not to come in if it that bad on these kinda days.

The prices at this goodwill are absurd. It’s so bad that I can purchase some items brand new for significantly less at Walmart. Just this last week, I came in to purchase some Christmas decorations for next year and their in store marketing sign said 50% off, but when I went to check out the cashier said the items weren’t on sale despite being an obvious Christmas item. The one credit that I will give the store is that it is clean, but the lack of ability to use the restroom and dressing rooms leave something to be desired.

I live down the street from Goodwill so I'm very familiar on the traffic that comes in and out of the store. This morning I had the pleasure to meet Paul, Franklin, and Quincy who were extremely pleasant to talk with about my donations. They were quick to ask about any in the backseat of my car because of my 18 year old chihuahua whose blind. I told them no but it's in my trunk and just fast as drove in I was ready to leave. I do appreciate their courtesy and respect that gave me as I drove away!

We drove in to Durango from NM and decided to stop here first on our way in. Two of the six of us needed to go to the bathroom. Both bathrooms had a “Family Bathroom” sign on it but one was out of order & the other was “Employees only” with a code pad on it. When we asked to maybe use that, it was a solid “no” from the employee. The store seems decent enough but was bummed to find that with Goodwill being the biggest thrift store chain in America, they couldn’t even have a functional bathroom for the public. Kind of a joke of a store if you ask me.

Went pants shopping and realized after I had an arm full of pants that you can't try them on. They closed the dressing rooms... I put my pants back and walked out. It's very difficult to find pants that fit just right and if I can't try them on first I'm not buying. Going somewhere else.
