The young girl working today was so so nice and friendly and super sociable. The older woman standing next to her was not. She just stood there and gave us a really unhappy/standoffish look the whole time. She's lucky she has someone with good customer service skills working with her, otherwise I would not be coming back in the future.

Really cute and functional clothing, the buyer has great style AND superb customer service. When I had an issue with a jacket I purchased, the manager was very kind, communicative and helpful. This is the kind of store I love to support ?

This is a favorite of mine in Durango, they always have cute clothes and shoes. They carry Lole, which is great. And our kids love the dog that's usually there. Good selection of camping/travel items. Good quality stuff only here. Reasonable selection.

One of my favorite stores in Durango! Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, love the clothes, and great backpack selection. Make it a point to bring guests by when they are in town! Happy

This shop was so very accommodating!! They were willing to work with us when my boyfriends trail runners didn't work out for him. We live in Albuquerque so it wasn't exactly the easiest of returns. We were grateful. In store, the crew was all very helpful and their products are top of the line !!

Great customer service, dog friendly and super kind. They recognized us/ our dog from earlier in the day in Silverton. Very nice and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed the store. We will stop in next time we are in town.

Two of my daughters and I happened to stop here, and I'm so glad we did. We were greeted by Austin, she made us feel so welcomed. We had been to some of the other shops on this block and they could learn a thing or two from Austin and how to treat customers! Luna, her furry assistant is quiet and very well behaved. We will come by again when we are back in Durango, we love your shop and P.S. we love you too Austin, your the best! ???

If you are going to be in downtown Durango, you have to stop here! Austin is like a ray of sunshine! So helpful and friendly. We enjoyed talking with Austin and shopping here. We bought a few things, I know will last, they sell high quality items. It is worth stopping by. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Durango. Thanks again Austin and Luna!? ?

What's the deal with the dogs? I love this shop, but the last few times I've been there the German Shepards have been a little too nosy. I am a dog lover, so I don't have issues with dogs, and enjoy them in the appropriate space. But this feels a bit much for a shopping experience, even in Durango. And dogs are dogs. They can go haywire. I was honestly a little worried one was going to do something erratic. I had a weird vibe because they were weird and on and on- and it felt a little scary. Seems like a big liability to take on with two German Shepards. If you have to put a sign on the door, maybe that's a sign to leave the dogs at home. Because it's a clothing store. Just saying...I really love this store and I felt a little like I didn't want to shop there today. I would want to know if something like this bothered a customer.

An absolutely fantastic little clothing shop. They had a great selection from various outdoor brands such as Kühl and Fjällräven. Luna, the pup that accompanied the wonderful saleswoman, was a delightful welcoming party. The whole shop has a very warm and homey feeling, definitely worth checking out. We will without a doubt return in the future.
