“Our truck’s check engine light came on not too far east of Durango as we were heading in. Because it was a Sunday afternoon, we showed up unannounced first thing this morning. We were heading out of town to Lake Powell, UT, today. So we were hoping to at least find out what the problem was, and maybe get it fixed. The gentlemen at the service desk was professional, and asked us to pull around to just outside the bay door, since we still had our RV trailer hooked up. He checked the code for us, and let us know that it was the fact that we had put in premium fuel in it. He said that’s not at all necessary (and not recommended) while driving at this altitude. I asked him what we owed for the diagnosis, and he said, “No charge,” and shook my hand.I was pleasantly surprised that this gentlemen understood what we saw as an “urgent” problem, but made us feel at ease, and sent us on our way as satisfied (non-) customers. ? There still is GREAT service around.Thanks, Morehart Murphy!!!”
