“These guys do a great job, fast and efficient.
I drive a Dodge ram and the oil filter is in a weird place and oil always gets on the cross bar, it always leaves a oil stain on my driveway. GM takes the extra step and cleans it off. I never have oil stains now.
Plus you get a free car wash.

“Unfortunately, there’s a misunderstanding what I asked for and what you did resulting in the bill that was greater than expected. I think that was a misunderstanding between the two of us In doing more than I expected. Moral of the story is you need to communicate with customers what you want them to do and don’t venture out outside of that charging for unnecessary expenses. I truly believe that there is a shop is the one the right thing but not listening to the customer to do one thing, and you do much more expecting payment for things I was not asking to be done.
