“We was over 1000 miles from home traveling in S.E. Utah and began having trouble with the bike starting. After looking around for a shop I contacted Kris at Durango Harley Davidson and told him my situation. Kris said bring it over and they would get it in.
The next day we arrived at Durango Harley Davidson. Kris, Slade, and crew took the bike in and start diagnosing and addressing the issues to get us back on the road.
I can’t express enough how well they treated us. It turned a bad situation into opportunity to meet great people.

“Doug's Auto Body got my Honda fixed up right. They communicated estimates & any complications or further concerns clearly, and the end result was quality work for an honest price.
Of particular note was the helpfulness of their employee DJ who gave me prompt and direct customer service, including a ride home after I dropped off my car at Doug's. He even offered to pick me up and transport me to Doug's once the car was ready for pickup.
That sort of extra effort, taking 20 min to run me home, made my day indescribably easier. In the past other shops have scoffed at the request, but DJ offered it without a prompt or second thought.”

“Unfortunately, there’s a misunderstanding what I asked for and what you did resulting in the bill that was greater than expected. I think that was a misunderstanding between the two of us In doing more than I expected. Moral of the story is you need to communicate with customers what you want them to do and don’t venture out outside of that charging for unnecessary expenses. I truly believe that there is a shop is the one the right thing but not listening to the customer to do one thing, and you do much more expecting payment for things I was not asking to be done.

I ended up going to another shop that had some space available sooner, but M&G was more than willing to fit me into their busy schedule and they did so without any attitude. “An auto parts store told me I needed a new alternator after their quick test. I went to Firestone to get one installed. The guys recommended they retest before just installing a new alternator. It would cost but not a tenth of the cost of a new alternator. They called when finished to say there was nothing wrong with the alternator, saving me a ton of money. That’s great service and honest auto repair work!”

We were traveling from Texas and my husband’s F-250 started making some weird noise. Not a great timing when you are on vacation and pulling an RV.
We called around and one shop owner said “Call Tom! He knows everything there is to know about Fords”.
Tom diagnosed the problem within the first few minutes of the phone conversation. He was booked for weeks but considering our circumstances he told us to bring our truck in.
We headed to his shop that is conveniently located in Durango and easy to access.
Needless to say, he fixed it within an hour and we were back on the road good as new.
