I originally went to the Durango store to trade out my Droid for an iPhone after doing some research on the AT&T app. Micheal answered all my questions, took care of my trade immediately. After reviewing our family account, I was able to upgrade my daughter’s iPhone 12 to a 15, paying tax only, as well as changing up our plan to save some money each month. Everyone at this location was very helpful….there’s no need to go in there expecting a stressful experience.

We were looking to change service providers and our previous provider presented notable technical difficulties. The Durango AT&T store representatives were very helpful and patient with the situation. They provided excellent customer service and were very accommodating to ensure our family cellular service needs were met.

I find going into our store here in Durango is the best! We always like working with Michael, in particular! He takes the time to answer my many questions and then actually shows me how or what to do on my phone!! Above and beyond!! I didn’t want to give up my 12 mini but very happy with my 15 upgrade. Don’t forget to add AARP # if you have one!!

Mike at the Durango store is the BEST!!. I had an issue with at&t with my wife's new iphone and a credit due that couldn't get resolved for a year. Mike solved it right away.

Having to wait an hour, because your busy getting phones activated, to buy a phone accessory is absurd. Why not delegate one employee to handle simple sales, or put in a self checkout kiosk?

Edit: I went back and spoke with the manager, and he was able to order me the Apple Ultra Watch that I've been trying to get, and I received the item and now am a happy customer.I tried ordering an Apple Watch Ultra through the app but couldn't verify my home address. So, we come into the store and ordered the Ultra through on of their sells reps. To find out the day the watch was to arrive, nobody can pick it up nor can it get delivered to the store even though it's in Durango's UPS. The At&t rep didn't add their suite number to the order?! Who does that? So, the order had to be returned back to wherever it came from and get reimbursed from the order just to re-order it all over again.
