They won't stop sending me paper statements even though I requested them to stop and they charge me for it every time. The app is also very glitchy. Try to get help with it and that's pointless

Constant deposit errors - putting other's deposits into my account, re-running cleared checks resulting in fees.They put a construction loan in my name, for someone who had a similar name to mine. Saw that individuals private information, i.e SSN, address, etc.... Now said loan populates on my credit report.When I brought it to their attention they laughed it off. Ha Ha?

Took some cash by to see if I could either condense the amount or open an account. Everybody was great until my license was dated. I talked with the DMV and scheduled a appointment. 3 weeks out. The aggression and anger of the bank staff left me wondering what planet I had stepped on. The entire staff was rude, incompetent and unable to think outside the box. The FDIC lists several forms of ID. And suggests that banks should work with people. Needless to say, I'm done with the ridiculous customer service at this sad little bank. Their management is awful

I walked up to use their ATM. No problems. Then i went inside to ask a favor. The staff is completely helpful and friendly! Where's that 6-Stars button? Love this place :D

I was impressed with Alpine Banks website in regards to their community advocacy, customer benefits, policies, and online services. When I visited the Durango branch I was even more impressed and surprised by the virtues exhibited there. Not a comment commonly used these days in association with a bank. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable, as well as the staff, who were also knowledgeable and resourceful. My expectations were more than met by Trina and Alpine Bank for my banking needs.

We reached out to the bank for a land/build-out loan. Ms. Maggie Goodwin was quite unprofessional and unresponsive during the process. Felt quite ignored and ended up not hearing back from her to complete the process. Maybe she quit or got fired but really unpleasant experience.

Highly recommend! I came into the downtown location with a unique financial situation to resolve and I was met with kindness, flexibility, and helpfulness. Absolutely amazing experience and I left with a huge smile on my face. This is a fantastic local bank with incredible people, thank you!

The personal care that this small bank shows customers is amazing. Quick actions to insure account security is especially appreciated. A friendly hometown service is always welcoming. My previous review was meant for a cafe in Ouray. Surprise.

Amazing bank. Its embarrassing to be this enthusiastic about a bank but really awesome place. Friendly staff and friendly policies. Use this bank especially if you are a college student. They do alot to try and help people and their money. They wave alot of fees that are standard at other places and use debit card profits for local charities. You can even pick what chairty your edbit card profitscard goes to. So easy and lax account set up. Everything i was looking for in a bank as a college student and mom.

Overall I do not have a problem with the bank but I do have a problem with their Mobile App. They offer a mobile app to track your bank but it's impossible to log into. Even logging onto their website yields the same result. It's constantly saying invalid password which requires calling during office hours to get the issue resolved. Anytime I've tried to change it online it locks my account. Over the course of 8 months I've had to change my password 11 times when there was no issue on my end. It's frustrating trying to check your accounts when the app is making it impossible. For this reason I am switching banks all together. It's 2020 and for some reason you can't develop a working app. Every single customer I have talked to has experienced the same thing with zero solutions. Every solution they give is inconsistent and a flat out lie with no resolution. You call and they sound dumbfounded like you're the only one experiencing it when a quick review search will tell you otherwise. I shouldn't have to call the bank during bank hours just to access my account ONLINE.
