I've been an Aligntec customer for 4-5 years. Recently I lost my internet connection. Of course, it was a holiday and near closing time. After working with the distance tech I was turfed to the next level which was the Durango tech named Mark. He was able to figure out the problem without someone needing to come to my home. AlignTec works hard to make sure their rural subscribers such as myself have reliable service, even when factors (weather, upstream providers, etc.) are outside of their control.What sets them apart is the personal interaction. I greatly appreciate the efforts of Mark and the team for supporting clients. They work hard and care about their customers. I'll continue to recommend them over Starlink.

Service went down. I finally got through after trying die a couple hours. It turns out, their provider is having issues and they are getting to get it resolved. I was pretty frustrated this morning, but they were very friendly and helpful once I was able to get through to them.

We have been with Align Tec for several years nows and find that whenever there is an issue, their Tec teams work diligently to assure the best outcome. Yesterday, Mark helped me solve a tricky issue with my MAC - not his normal area - but he worked until I could receive WiFi again! I am grateful for AlignTec's commitment to providing explemary service!

After some concerns I had about our first survey, I called back and Johanna and the tech they sent (I think his name was Mark) have blown me away with there amazing customer service. Mark came back out and was able to get a clear signal and was super nice and professional. I am grateful for them as other internet providers have been awful in both internet service and customer service . Thank you guys so much for being so helpful!

Best service in Durango. They actually answer the phone in person and you don't get a robot and put on hold for hours like CenturyLink.

My internet and wifi went down for reasons unknown to me. So on Friday heading into Memorial Day weekend, I called for help. And Mark, a co-owner and technician was extremely accommodating. He said he did not want me waiting through the long weekend, and that he would be coming to get me up and running. An hour later he was on site and in short order had me connected. In the process of repairing and replacing what was needed he explained what he was doing and why; it was very educational. His expertise was on display ( I am in the dark on these matters) , and I was thoroughly impressed with his ability to diagnose and repair what was needed. I can't recommend Mark and his company highly enough. A GREAT experience!

If one thing is certain, the words 'thank you' may not be used enough... I have been an AlignTec customer for a couple of years now and the experience is simple: they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and they consistently deliver what they sell, if not more!Just spent some quality time with Mark on a routine tech call where I was served with courteous, timely, educated support resulting in an improvement to my service. So Thank You AlignTec, for being the example of how to run a business, for providing superior service, and for making it easy and enjoyable.

We live in an area where without our internet, we have no service, cellular included. My husband and I both work from home and looked for our best option. I believe Align Tech is it, but there are some frustrations with their support service. We have the max 15 mbps up and down available in our area. When we speed test and are near these numbers, we do fine because there are only the 2 of us and we don't play games or stream many things at once. (we can't watch hockey and basketball at the same time). However, a single show often buffers, we will often be dropped from a call or video call if both of us are trying to do anything at the same time. Even waiting for their service technicians to evaluate our service, the call will drop. When this happens, we either have to call back in, generate a new ticket and go through the exact same process again or ignore it and hope it goes away. Last night we dropped 3 calls with their service department and 2 already today. We have at least 5 open tickets currently. We actually held the call the last time only to be told they can't do anything because at the moment it looks like everything is working fine. They've asked us to disconnect things and run speed tests from 3 different sources, during multiple times of the day, for the next week. Neither of us are technicians and both of us have other jobs. My husband runs them on his computer and will keep a log for a period of time, but we can't disconnect things multiple times a day to do this. We have offered to pay to have someone come out and evaluate our situation, but have not been given that option because when it is down, we can't get through and when it is working, that's not an option. I appreciate them doing what they need to do and I doubt the folks gathering the data are the ones making the decisions, but dealing with them about a service issue hasn't been very effective. There has to be a better customer service solution for this company.

We have been with this company for over two years now and we have continued to receive sub par internet that continues to disconnect or have such low levels of connectivity that it is basically useless. we pay for the 15mb plan and yet they have only been able to provide that level of service when I call to upgrade the service hoping that we would have a greater level bandwidth to fall back to yet what they give us is less than 3mb at best. I have called almost 40X and now they simply say that they can not do anything about the problem and they also have never been apologetic about the subpar service nor ever provided us with a refund for the lack there of service. if we had any alternative for better service we would use it but there simply is no option. we live in gem village and they say and I am quoting them you will have to deal with the bad service or leave but no offering of any kind of remedy or solution to retain us as customers so if there was a way to provide 0 stars we would. we definitely would never recumbent this service provider.

I have always had a really good experience with Aligntec and where I live it is hard to get good, reliable internet. It is a type of microwave signal so you have to have direct line of sight in order to use it but I have had very few issues. When I have had issues, Aligntec has gotten someone out to service my house within 24 hours and has fixed the problem. Their employee Alex was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I would 100% recommend!

I have been trying to speak with someone, anyone for a week and a half that can explain how my internet will be fixed. Hours on the phone daily with some call center that actually say nothing can be done. Well, yes there is, it's called finding a new company. By the way, I have been a client for years and remember when you could actually talk to a technition. Who ever decided a call center that does nothing would make anyone happy should rethink that position.Update, 10/30/20After speaking with the team at Align Tec, problems were addressed at both ends of the communication chain. Happy to say that after making contact, the team was very responsive and sent one of their qualified Techs to deal with the problem late in the day. Thank you for your help!

Love these guys! I’ve been with these guys for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about the service and the folks who run Aligntec. They are even putting up brand new dishs at both the landlord and I’s house’s! I couldn’t be happier, with the upgraded high end premium package all my internet needs are covered. Hands down the best option for internet here in Bayfield.
