I can't say enough about how awesome Gina and Aubrey are with customer service. They are both always available with whatever you need as a customer and I really appreciate Albertsons hiring these two. Way to go Gina and way to go Aubrey keep up the AAA customer service at Albertsons Durango!

As always a fantastic experience police ? and all. I would like to thank the manager Alonzo for give me a teachable moment for my daughter when you rudely invaded my personal space. Then in a very unprofessional manner acused me of throwing things which was later disproved and tried to have me arrested for trespassing after yelling at me to leave and I refused to do so, because I had been waiting for service for more than five to 10 minutes with no acknowledgment of us being in the store at all. When the manager Alonzo asked me is this how I act when I do not get help, my response was I have been in the customer service field for 30 yrs and if I or my staff did not acknowledge someone standing and waiting for that period of time I would actually expect worse. I was told to leave the store and that the police would be called to remove. So ? this was the perfect teachable moment and life lesson for my child to see how someone will try to use their authority rather than be kind and resolve a problem ?. Needless to said I would like to think this guy was having a bad moment and he learned from the final out of him being proven to be wrong. My daughter and I had the loss of time which we can't get back but as a black father ( yes I played the race card) it's important for me to use these life lesson teachable moment as they come. I shop at this location often and for the most part the staff know me by face so I'm very disappointed and being one of few people of color in Durango ??♂️

You have a great staff! David at the register and Aubrey at self check out. Julia in the deli is super nice. Your deli is far superior to other stores in the area. I have to say Michelle in the Deli is so helpful and a delight to talk with. I just can’t say how lucky you guys are to have such a wonderful employees.?

Bathrooms are kept locked and you have to ask customer service for access. There was a line of people waiting. Seems like a lot more trouble than it's worth

The worst customer service I ever received in the bakery department! Not sure if this worker was new or lack of training there of, it took about 2 minutes before she saw me at the counter, then treated me like I was dumb enough not to ask about those toy rings above the cake counter. Sad! Unprofessional conduct...no wonder I don't shop there it was a friends birthday and the cake wasn't impressive as well.
