Not bike friendly! Needed water on a 100mile ride and I'm by myself. "Sir you can't bring your bike in here", no help whatsoever! Ok, I'll leave my $6k bike sitting outside to buy some water and a candy bar. LOL! Am I am a** and I'm gonna bang my bike into customers? Me thinks not, it was not crowded or I would have gone elsewhere. Dirty blond older lady behind counter.

Go inside w ID & credit card to start diesel pump. Friendly staff, fountain pop/coffee with diesel fill, easy in and out of the lot with the 70’ truck/RV. Easy back on to I-70.

The absolute worst experience I have in years at any place of business‼️ Bought a charger for a phone and it was damaged and they would not let me exchange it or return it. Both ladies at the cashier were very very rude!

Why does this establishment have a women's bathroom with a lock on it so only one woman can use the toilet at a time while the men's room has not only TWO enclosed, lockable stalls but ALSO at least four urinals??

They are great ! Go in have a cup of fresh coffee and sit on the back to warm up and relax or just get a break from driving . Lots of things to look at and find in times of need and if your hungry grab yourself a subway sandwich, Also known for the huge dinosaur on the sign out front . Thanks everyone for being so great at the dinosaur

The manager puts a limit on swisher sweets cigars to only 4 packs why put a limit on something that it profit this sucks i would like to be able to buy 2-3-4 boxes of this owner is losing money is bad management...................

Bathrooms were clean. Diesel price was a little lower than the towns before and after. Coffee smelled old.The shelves were half bare. Maybe it’s always half empty? The advertised Subway isn’t functioning any longer. Cashier was nice.

I will not be buying fuel from this place again as the fuel jelled and left me down on the road. Have never had this problem from the other place I go.

I locked myself out of my Tesla and was going to miss my doctor’s appointment. Diana, the manager, downloaded the Tesla app to her phone, unlocked my car and saved me. So above and beyond the call… Cannot recommend this Sinclair enough!

This company and employees basically stole from me. I purchased a USB charger for my outlet, when she asked me if I wanted a receipt I replied, yes that I may need it if this outlet doesn’t work. She replied ok and printed the receipt. I walked out to my car and found the charging unit didn’t work. This had been less then five minutes from the time I purchased the Uint and walked back in. I got to the counter and told her it didn’t work and I needed a different one. Her co worker then rudely told me that all sales or final. I pleaded my case with them to zero avail. I even asked her why she would print the receipt?? Her co worker then uncovers a partially covered card under the glass on the counter that is smaller then a 3x5 card saying all sales are final. I again asked why they couldn’t have told me that before I paid almost $20 for the item and even asked for a receipt. I am still in shock. You guys just basically stole from me….
