We offer 8 locations along I-70 including, Floyd Hill, Idaho Springs, Dumont and Georgetown for Residential, Commercial and RV/Boat storage. No deposits or administration fees; free lock and keys provided, security gated and video monitored facilities available. All units are ground floor with exterior access and paved driveways. We have been serving Clear Creek County since 1987 and pride ourselves in our superior customer service. We offer Discounts for automatic payments and for pre-paid rent on a quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis as well as other discounts. We value each and every customer and are only satisfied if you are. MAIN OFFICE IS OPEN MONDAY THRU SATURDAY FROM 8AM UNTILL NOON AND BY APPOINTMENT AFTER 12:00 PM for renting and showing units.
