I’m new to the area so I’ve been staying here, it really is great. Staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are really nice for the price and a town this small. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here Christmas of 2023. We stayed in the two bedroom unit with a futon in the living area. It was 5 adults-18&16yr old boys-10&5yr old. We managed with the 1 bathroom. I'd turn towels in daily for fresh ones without a problem. They even gave us extra blankets.There was 9 of us. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. My son and his family (7) live in Dolores. We all got together and cooked a meal and ate one night at the Inn. The Inn was within walking distance of everything we did in Dolores. The staff was AWESOME and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here when we are in Dolores.

Lovely little place at a great value. Staff were so kind and courteous - it was very snowy when we were in and someone shoveled out our car for us even! Loved the “Rag Bag.” Had our dog with us for a $20 charge which is reasonable. Nice variety of quick and easy breakfast options. Would stay again.

Quiet rooms. Was told that if we checked out early, fee would be reimbursed. Wasn't. We had to carry out our own trash, fetch clean towels.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Very nice front desk and great breakfast including the great coffee. Great locationRooms: Very clean room. The beds are comfortable.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly as well. My only real complaint is how expensive it was. But most hotels are very overpriced these days.

Great hotel to stay for a trip to Mesa Verde. The room was straightforward and clean. The towels were very small and thin, not the norm anymore. It was a bit noisy in the morning. Breakfast was limited. The town is cute. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Friendly check in.

Rooms were great. Only complaint is the old cleaning lady busting into my room at 7:45am and making it seem like I'm insane for still being asleep. Yall need to calm down with the cleaning stuff. There's only 14 rooms.

We absolutely loved this little hotel! Our room was huge 4 beds and a pullout futon in the living room perfect for our family of 5! The room was clean they had extra dishes available and pans to cook with. The staff was amazing and very helpful such a family atmosphere! Also they were very accommodating with our fur baby he was very comfortable! I would and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Attempted to stay here May 24th, 2023. Expedia had it listed at the time to BOOK at $70 for a room, and TripAdvisor still has it at $73. Thank GOD I did not book ahead because once we got there the girl at the front desk tried to explain to me that that amount is “only to hold the room” and that you pay *another* $70 when you arrive to actually get in the room. NOWHERE was this mentioned on Expedia, $70 was the FULL PRICE listed for the room. I am pretty sure this is illegal and I guess they count on people just taking the room anyways and paying double since they are already there. What a scam! Very lucky we were able to go somewhere else and I hope people haven’t ended up stranded in their cars due to this shady business practice. Beware!!
