I have been taking my cat Gere for years, and they are awesome. Dr. Aggie is new, but she was wonderful with my cat and knows what she is doing.

These people are phenomenal with their care. I had amazing service just over the phone as well as a continued call back to ensure the safety of my cat. Thank you for being there for our animals, we appreciate you greatly!!

I am new to this area and my small dog needed emergency care. I was told that they didn't have any appointments available and couldn't get her in. She passed in my son's arms. Couldn't care less about an animal in distress. Thanks for nothing.

New vet now. She is wonderful. Sits right down on the floor with my dogs. She explains everything clearly. Gives options for pet care, not just what she wants to do. Glad for the change. The staff is courteous as well

The Dolores Animal Hospital is always kind, caring, and professional. Nothing but compassion and care was shown when we put our bulldog down a little over a month ago. They remember who we are and treat our animals like they are family. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment to x ray my dogs back, I was informed by Dr Kris that I would need a blood panel before the x rays, I said that was not necessary for x rays and she had one less than a year ago anyway and she had it in her records, was told that's the procedure we need to follow. I was than told my 11.5 year old pet would need to be sedated for the x rays "BECAUSE" it was state law that the animal has to be sedated for x rays. I said we are done and left, did some research and there is no state law requiring sedation for x rays. Unethical vet and they wonder why people have grown to distrust Veterinarians.

This is not a hospital, they will not treat animals!!!! They will take lunch and watch an animal fir before lifting a finger. No compassion no advice where to go. I hope their customers know what kind of place they are really visiting

this is a money hungry organization that puts money above any of the pets care and once you have the money they decide that they're not going to give you your animal on a Saturday while taxing you $55 a day to watch your animal with its guts open that they would not stitch. never in my life as a veteran to this country have I seen such atrocities even over in the Middle East is how they treat animals here. so if you ain't rolling with $500 cash in your pocket don't even bother they won't even look at you or see your animal.

I'd like to give no stars -- this vet seems to totally lack compassion and has a bizarre communication "style." She refused to see my dog on two separate occasions. At least pretend to care about my dog if your profession is the care of animals. Very disappointing experience, especially since I'm new to the area.
