The location is nice. Managers are pleasant. The campground really needs some serious TLC. Also, the only way to get codes for washroom is an email, which doesn't always happen. The price is reasonable.

We stayed a few months there before we left for the winter. Awesome management. If you need something they will help if possible. Great service all around. The grounds are very well kept. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Will return if possible mid April if open.Safety: Very quiet and very safe place to stay

Nice RV park close to Dolores. Level sites, gravel, easy access, some road noise but not bad at all. Very high water pressure so be sure to bring a regulator. Full hookups worked fine. Each site has a picnic table. Loved the pull-thrus. We were not assigned a space when we booked this originally. When we got to the RV park, no one was in the office. We didn't know where to go. Called the number and no one was on premises. They gave me a site number on the phone and seemed very confused by our arrival. I'd made the reservations over two months in advance and had paid a deposit. I'm not sure what the problem was. One of the two washers were broken. Bathrooms were nice, but we never used them. Not fancy, but nice enough. We were there for 4 nights in site 3 and would stay there again.

Loved this place!!!Quiet, cozy, and near amenities and fishing.Owners are so sweet and attentive. Will definitely come back if we are in the area again!!!! Nearby activities: Fishing, hiking, shopping, boatingNoteworthy details: The clubhouse has a nice kitchen space, a lounge area, several bathrooms with a couple of them having showers (great hot water by the way), and vending machine as well as a library with books, vhs, DVD, and games and puzzles options.Tent spaces, full hook up rv sites and a fenced in dog run. Also has a small cabin and a couple of suit options to rent.View of mountains if you get a slot with a southern view ?

A nice RV place, John was very nice to get there right at the moment I got to the rv park, show me where to park, answered every question I had. The park has showers, laundry, a doggy area, and at night was quiet. I had a good stay and I recommend this place.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. After my stay they refused to give back my $250 pet deposit with no explanation. They literally stole the money from me. When I called to complain they told me to screw myself and that they wouldn't give me my money back.

Great full hookup RV camping experience at this small campground. We stayed 4 nights for visiting Telluride, Mesa Verde, Ancient Canyon, and Durango. John was very courteous and helpful for scheduling my stay. He also took my trash out when I was wondering around for the dumpster. The campground was quiet throughout the day and night. Kind neighbors. Dog friendly. Fast WiFi. You can watch clear stars and milky way at night. There were 2 dryers but one was out of service. So 3 people were waiting. That was the only negative part of my review.

We had a nice stay in one of the camp sites. The site are spaced out so you have plenty of privacy. The place is situated on the top of a hill overlooking Cortez. At night you can see the city lights from up there, the sky is amazing; while at the ring fire I could hear a native chanting probably an evening prayer from a nearby hill. The host was very nice, she gave us extra blankets. The showers and restroom are very clean, very hot water. If we are back in the area we will staying again.
