The beginning was very rough because our initial contact person acted nice when she called, but she never returned calls. When she did call, she never acknowledged that I had called several times two weeks earlier. But our trash hauler is wonderful and friendly. He more than makes up for the initial problems.

Horrible! Horrible. I have been with this company for 10 years. No customer service. Don't care about anybody. 15 minutes on hold to get one simple question not answeredAfter the lady was rude and couldn't give me any answers, I simply said. Can you make sure my phone number is correct on this account. Her response was go online. Create a portal, get a password. Go through a whole rigmaro to put your phone number in?? So I have to do all the work. No respect for customers. Horrible company. Horrible company. Do not use them

Terrible recycling service, they are more focused on collecting your money than your recycling. I’m super diligent in what I recycle, I rinse everything out and I read the labels and it’s extremely rare than something non-recyclable gets into my tote but I have been skipped roughly 10-15 times this year for ridiculous reasons, never reimbursed, never rescheduled. They don’t care about the environment, they don’t care about their customers. They are simply fine if you get fed up and cancel.

They no longer accept free recycling of cardboard at this location. You must pay at other locations

Friendly drivers, WM always picks up on the same day each and every week (except for major holidays). They take my huge amount of recycling every 2 weeks. Auto pay is easy.

Local crews are great and have always been fantastic to work with for the past 14 years. What I do not like is the company raising my already +$100 bill by and additional $50 without any explanation. Save some money and go local - at least they will appreciate your business.

I’ve been getting charged for pick up services that I have yet to receive, I have not received the recycling or waste totes that I purchased, and customer service has ignored my complaints. If you want waste services do not use WM. If you want to throw money away, go with this company. Really disappointed.

WM missed their scheduled pick-up day 12 times in just over a year. Two of those times, they pushed the pick-up date over a week. With a family of five and bears in the neighborhood, this is unacceptable. Also, them waiting until after 1900 hrs to tell me they cannot come get my trash that day isn't at all helpful.
