They do not rush you and are genuinely concerned with helping their patients. The Animal Hospital is extremely clean. And having weekend hours is really nice since there are no emergency animal hospitals in Summit County. I have had pups my entire life and this vet practice has shown more concern, great care and empathy than any I’ve been to with my fur babies.”

“My dog was limping due to arthritis in her elbows. We hated to see her in pain and were managing it with daily pain meds, but we definitely didn't want that to be our forever plan. Dr. Gaynor examined her and suggested that we try elbow injections of hyalauric acid to lubricate the joints. We did, and it worked!! We're so grateful that she's no longer limping. Dr. Gaynor was wonderful to work with - he thoroughly explained what was going on with her and our options for managing it. He took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them!), which I really appreciated. After our experience working with him I would highly recommend Dr. Gaynor if you are looking for someone to help you manage pain in your pet!”
