Clean, quiet and well maintained with a cute playground/park, nice views and a Summit Co shuttle bus. Katie is one of the friendliest property managers I've ever come across, and she really helped us out of a bind during our time in CO.

The place looked pretty cool. I just was riding by on the bike. It's really close to the bike trail and it's very close to the lake. It seems like it's probably a place where people who work in the area for the rich people live. It looked pretty cool.
