The customer service older lady white hair colored eyes is terribly mean. I’ve been treated poorly by her atleast 3 times. One time she didn’t accept my ID because she thought I wasn’t over 21 until I showed her my digital ID also. Another time she wouldn’t give customer service to a person because the person had a accent and said “if you don’t speak proper English I can’t help you” when I could understand them perfectly. the other time I wanted to make a return and I know the stores policy because my mother in law has worked at this store for over 15 years and she wouldn’t give me the deal of buy one get one free. The manager had to come and give me the deal. She said very rudely “do you understand you are getting this item 50% off”. Jonny I believe her name is maybe it isn’t spelled right but that’s her name. Fire her asap don’t know why she is there customer service is for someone that’s friendly.

Located in Dillon Ridge Shopping Center. Plenty of parking including handicap accessible. Full service grocery including pharmacy, deli, bakery, liquor sales, and seasonal products. Clean well organized store. Manned checkouts and self service, online orders available for either delivery or curbside pickup. Clean and well maintained restrooms.

This is hands-down the best local grocery in Summit County. I've been shopping here for about 20 years. My latest experience with their grocery pick-up service was smooth, courteous, cost-effective, and friendly. Kudos to the City Market team! I know it's not an easy labor market and appreciate quality produce, protien and reasonable prices in the high country!

This is for City Market and how they expect the customer to check themselves out even with a person now. I’m trying to punch in my code, get my groceries on the conveyor belt, then pay with my debit card and now I’m stuck trying to bag all the groceries with zero help while the check out lady just stares at me while I hold up the line stumbling with bagging everything up. Can’t they have at least one bagger to help us at these stations?? it’s annoying to be so rushed with like 4 steps to do in one minute going back and fourth with the payment machine and your groceries. What an absolutely miserable check out experience.

Today was one of those days when I thank God for finding people like Tom. I was doing a Western Union transaction and my bank declined it and got me on hold for like 30-40 min. All this time Tom was very understanding and helped me getting everything done with lots of patience. The best of everything with a genuine smile and spirit of help. Thanks Tom! We need more people like you in this world, you are amazing! ? I hope the fact that you go above and beyond at work it's being recognized ⭐⭐⭐⭐?

Check your receipts. You’ll be overcharged on so many things they mislabel. The tall female manager with glasses is always treating me like a criminal for making sure my receipt is correct. She even goes out of the way to justify their labels even when they’re wrong. They are sitting on a class action lawsuit for how often their mobile coupons and items are mislabeled.
