Car wasn't even there! ZipCar acknowledged that it wasn't there and would only give a partial refund. Spent 2 hours trying to find the car for them. What a waste of time.

the worst experience and worst customer service i have ever experienced. DO NOT GET ZIPCAR. Zipcard took forever to come in the mail, app didnt work, car wasnt where it was supposed to be at the time of my booking, it smelled absolutely horrible, and then wouldnt restart after I parked it. Cancelled immediately.

Don't sign up! Cars were never available and I forgot I had a subscription. It auto-renewed and they will not refund even though I have never used the service once and let them know I didn't intend to renew. There was no notice that my subscription would renew.
