Amy takes care of my dog and does an amazing job. He's an Aussie with a lot of hair. He always comes out looking like a show dog including his tail end "feathers". She also makes booking easy and uses text messages and has an online booking tool. Wonderful lady who is kind to my pup and does nice, fast work. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible grooming experience with Amy Adams. The first time I booked her she cancelled the day of because she forgot she had an appointment. The second time I showed up she told me she didn’t have time to see my dog after she accepted the appointment. I would absolutely never book with her.

Terrible place. I would never send any dog there for grooming. Amy the groomer there does not know what she is doing. I feel terrible that I ever sent our two dogs there.

Very disappointed with this grooming place I would take my dog in for grooming wanted to add another puppy and had an appointment made them I had a voicemail from one of the groomers that she was canceling my appointment because she was low staffed and could only accommodate her best clients!!!Business is business I guess my money was not welcomed here.

Review is for nail trimming only. I didn't take the dogs out for walks for a few months, my shi-doodle gets full grooming from another shop, but my terrier mix nails were getting way too long. I got a clipper but he didn't know what was going on when I tried to trim his nails myself. I was calling around for the shi-doodle full groom. Zen Den didn't have any openings but said they would do nails, so I brought Marty the terrier mix in. They have toys and treats, but the most cool feature i- grooming area is visible from the front. Nail appointment is less than ten minutes and I like supporting a woman owned business in my neighborhood. Just gotta get on their full groom customer list!

Zen Den does a stellar job on my goldendoodle every single time. My kids now say “I mean, how can you resist that face?!!! You can’t walk by her without petting her!!” I feel so lucky we got in when they were accepting new clients.

Love love love this neighborhood pet shop. They have a great selection of treats, toys and supplies for your fur baby. I only wish I could get into their grooming. They are so busy they closed their weight list. :(

I don’t know where to start off this is the best place to bring your fur babies to get groomed!!! They have such a great staff very very professional and kind my babies (Bella & Pinky) come out looking amazing every time from beautiful bows and diamond art on there fur to nails done ? I am very happy with there services and will continue to come back!!! ♥️
