Don't order from this store if you're living out of the US.
I ordered a from them with a pick up person different myself and just after the purchase. When I wanted to talk about how th pick up can be made special for my "personal person". I was told since the billing address to the pick up person doesn't have my name, the can go further with me in the Discussion unless the chat with the pick up person I WANT TO SURPRISE. I called the store cherry creek shopping center in Denver for these ones to put me on hold for 14min then "I'm sorry sir I don't know her so I don't know." What a shame and poor customer care for stores or brands invading our emails when we chat with the experts for shopping. Never again for me.

Lion, Leon, whoever, was horrible and had a terrible customer service attitude he shouldn’t be working in retail or anywhere at all for my opinion. I’m going to a local jeweler instead because I think they would take more time in evaluating their employees and holding them to a higher standard.
