All I can say is WOW! The costumer service from Trish was beyond exceptional! Trish was very knowledgeable very patient and kind with all of my questions and concerns even guided me to the perfect cup. Would definitely come back again if they have more personnel like Trish.

Tad was awesome! He really knew his stuff and was super patient and helpful the whole time. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and gave some great tips.
