I have different visits to this location and from the moment I walked in the customer service was on point. I was in and out both times with issue resolved. Much appreciated. Jairie (not sure I spelled his name correctly) he helped me both times. And Zaid all of these humans are awesome!!

I agree about best location in Denver!! They are busy but are friendly and helpful and well staffed for how busy they are at this location.
I've been to the locations at Cherry Creek and at Riverpoint. Both of those locations were horrible horrible experiences! They were understaffed and horrible customer service!
Go to this location on Colorado Blvd! Bravo! ?

Best customer service. Everyone is helpful and accommodating. We actually drive from Aurora to go to this store and we live close enough to the store on Havana & Ironton that we could walk. That is a poorly managed store with surly employees

Tyler Burgess helped me. At first seemed great until I got my bill. He assured that my cable and internet bill would be cheaper. We purchased a new IPhone and switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity. Now my cable and internet bill is over $600 and no one wants to get back to me to fix the issue. Not that I haven’t had Comcast for over a decade or anything. I’m really disappointed. You take my money with no issue but when I have a problem no one seems to want to help

Tyler did a great job updating the card I use for Xfinity Mobile and Wireless accounts
(my car was stolen and it’s been a huge hassle regarding my financial information)! Tyler made it easy :)

The red head bearded guy is so rude and disrespectful. Wow. Totally disrespectful extremely poor customer service. we are the customer and he was talking to us so rude. I actually had to talk to him like I do my child. And tell him does he understand me when I told him he better watch the way he speaks to us the customer.
First they raise the bill $300 and then we come in to return the cable boxes. And he is so rude. Wow. Id rather deal with the nice helpful indian ladies on the customer service call center then come in here ever again and be disrespected

I was in a few others and they were “ok”. This one is the best in Denver.
They are fast, they fix your problems, they care. Definitely saved me a lot of time and made my day.

Lowest form of service from any internet/tv provider I’ve experienced. Manager (Alfredo) has trained his employees (in particular, Tyler) to be confrontational with customers rather than to solve problems. Not a good look for the brand.

I returned my equipment to this location and I have been billed for months for equipment I no longer have. No matter how many times I tell representatives I returned to this location, the charges are not taken off my account. And conveniently I never got any confirmation when it was returned. Scummy business practices.
