Buyer beware. They will raise your rates after the weird promotion ends, and there's nothing you can do about it. The next promotion won't be as good, and the customer service will be heartless.

I used their live chat to get a billing issue sorted out. During this live chat, the agent told me that I had nearly run over my data limit, and he suggested that I upgrade to unlimited data to avoid future overage charges. The only problem with this is that network is in an unoccupied rental home, and I suspected the usage statistics he presented were a lie to pressure me into an upsell. I requested his manager.
His manager let me know that I had indeed only used 5gb of data on that network last month, and that the previous agent was incorrect. I asked why I was told otherwise by the previous agent a few times, this manager avoided answering that question. Asked for the next manager..
Guy calls me, and offers to lower my price by $15 a month, and lower my plan... That's right, their RESOLUTION to a rep lying to me to try and get an upsell was lowering my bill BY GIVING ME THE RETAIL RATE ON A LOWER SPEED PLAN THAN I SIGNED UP FOR.
Wild.

Xfinity is a company built on scamming people for their money. I was an Xfinity customer for two years too long and they continuously hike up your bill without telling you. After I moved, the idiots on the Xfinity chat app (it’s impossible to talk to someone on the phone) weren’t able to activate my modem for over a week. I switched over to TMobile internet services and had internet in 10 minutes.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Alex! I was pressed for time, but even though the store was busy, he quickly recognized my urgency and provided efficient service without cutting corners. He was friendly and went the extra mile to explain how to set up my modem, making sure I was all set before I left. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Great customer service!

I was charged DOUBLE for one month (of which I didn’t even have service for a whole week due to maintenance). You refused to refund me the correct amount. Billing sent me to the store and the store sent me to billing. Both parties claimed to not be able to do anything about the problem. You could have done the right thing and reimbursed me $50 dollars to begin with, now I have cancelled my internet and switched to Verizon. Enjoy that $72 parting gift. That’s all you’ll ever get from me again. I also just switched my sister to century link…and am working on switching my neighbor and friend to Verizon. It is a goal of mine to take away as many customers from you as I can. This is my “Xfinity villain” origin story…and I will never stop.
Update: I have switched three more people from your internet to Verizon…and it hasn’t even been a week :) I want even trying that hard.

I have been misinformed on every matter by two employees named Pete and Prescott. They lie about the prices of everything just to make a sale. For months, I've been trying to correct this by calling customer service on every billing day, but customer service refuses to take responsibility and tells me to contact the store manager. I don't know how to reach the store manager, and I have been scammed by this company for months. I advise you to stay away from both this company and Prescott.

First off this is a pretty good store. Everyone is very friendly and doesn’t have you waiting for hours. I’m making this review to highlight Sam. He helped us get our phones connected and solved all of our issues in a timely manner. We had multiple representatives try to help us, and we kept hitting a wall and it was very frustrating. Sam fixed our problem and informed us about other solutions down the line. We’re so grateful we had him as our representative the other day! Thank you again!
