I have to admit we haven't always had the best experience going into this store/dealing w xfinity in general but i have to say Jenna is absolutely fantastic. we were greeted by her immediately she helped us right away with getting my husband a new phone and trading in his old one. she was knowledgeable and so personable. we left w absolutely no questions or issues. any time I have to go in now I will ask immediately for her. thank you Jenna!!!!

Don't judge a book by the cover, my advice for anyone visiting this store. Due to the PHENOMENAL customer service I receive from EACH agent every time I walk in the store, I am STILL an Xfinity customer! No matter who helps there, I walk away feeling seen and heard. Now don't get me wrong, I've had some issues that began in August. However, despite my (and those who helped me) frustration of no resolution, I keep going back because of the service I receive. Today the retail manager JOVANI BERRIOS did that. From trouble shooting, having to repeat himself several times, and still not able to resolve all the issues, his service remain PHENOMENAL!!! and that last piece of advice, which I followed got me to "611@Bruce" which got me my RESOLVE. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

Without my knowledge, you changed the contract for two lines and internet for one year. It was eighty dollars, but after a few months it became one hundred dollars, and when I asked for an invoice, it became thirty dollars. This is a scam.

Worst Xfinity store! I made an appointment because I needed help for things I couldn’t get help with online or over the phone. the rep was rude, two employees were running around play fighting, which took the attention of the rep helping me. apparently he would rather play with his colleagues then help me, the only client in the store. I just needed a new remote because my old one is broke. I also need a cancelation of a service on my account. He gave me a new remote and said he couldn’t help with my account cancelation. He didn’t even try to help me. Now I’m home and the remote won’t connect to my service. probably because it’s not a matching set. What a waste!

They failed to deliver a modem and sent a text stating it was delivered. I called them and let them know it was not received. They said I could go to a local store and pick one up. Before I hung up, I asked if I could have a confirmation number, and I was told that I could not get one, but that he had put a note in my file. Then I drove to the store, and I was told that there was no note in the file, and that I would have to call and go through their system again and "cancel" the service, so that I would not be charged for a second modem. I offered to share doorbell camera footage to show that no one came to my house to deliver the modem, but apparently that was something they simply couldn't handle at their store. So, after investing hours into this project, I had to abandon it all together, and cancelled everything. Terrible company.

They rude at this location. They keep trying to overcharge for cameras. London refused to give US a camera we paid for saying we had to have it installed how is that? When the first two cameras and WiFi box we installed ourselves and then trying to charge $100 he didn’t even want to help to begin with every staff at this location I’ve had encounters with they are RUDE and don’t want to do their jobs. And even I worked at a cable company you can request to do your OWN install if you have lines and internet connections. So the stuff he saying is all lies. Please HIRE new people this location is too busy for them not to want to do their jobs

What cell phone provider does not carry sim cards. I had been having trouble with my SIM card And I came to this location to solve the issue so I can get back to work.And I was told they had no SIM cards.And I had to travel another eighteen miles to the nearest xfinity. I was told by another employee.The manager did not want to deal with the sim card issues

I just stood in line for 2hrs and got no where. All I wanted to do was add a phone line and purchase a phone. Horrible experience. Not to mention I had my 12 month with me.

I arrived about 45 minutes before closing time on a Thursday evening, and entered a venue that had about 10 customers waiting for assistance in a somewhat chaotic atmosphere. No one accepted names and order for about 10 minutes, and I started to doubt that I would ever be assisted.
Staff member Alexa Henriquez stepped up and made the whole situation positive for myself and another customer who was returning equipment. her positive energy and wonderful customer service was on display and it was genuine! I'm grateful for her help and timing.
I appreciated Xfinity Internet while I lived in Denver and would use it again.

Went to this location to see if they had any new bundles with cable and internet and was told that there is no better plan then the one I got. But that the price will go up soon, then when I came back a few days later to turn in the boxes that’s when I was told they there is a better plan then what I had and cheaper. Also they lied about what I’m going to be paying for just internet and find out ima be paying for Moore then I was supposed to. They are just more interested in there commission then to help us out.

Easily one of the worst companies ever. Will waste hours and hours of your time with subpar service and non-existent support. All their deals are predatory scams. On top of that, they stole from me by taking back a piece of equipment that I actually purchased, then reselling it. Avoid at all costs.
