I had a parking voucher that wasn’t honored. Be careful using this parking establishment.

Car was broken into! Brick through window and backpack stolen. No security cameras, and the security worker took photos for a report and then left us with the mess

I wish I had read previous reviews. We pre-paid to park when going to see a show at Comedy Works. The machine wouldn't let us in. We scanned our code and it said "Access Denied." We ended up getting a paper ticket and paying again on our exit. I've tried calling and emailing to get a refund for the pre-paid parking but you have probably guessed by now that I have gotten nowhere. I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company if I want to see that money again.
Update: After calling customer service and sending multiple emails I was able to get a refund.

Pre paid for parking for a comedy show. Road closed in front of garage entrance when we arrived. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card because no one will answer the phone.

Wouldn’t take my parking ticket. No one on duty, than ate my credit card

Pre-paid for parking for a comedy show. When we arrived there were several cars backing out of the garage which was pretty terrifying in of itself. The garage was locked and no one could get in. We all had to find, and pay, for parking else where. I e-mailed requesting a refund and haven't heard back. I do NOT recommend using this parking garage. We ended up parking at Tabor Center just down the street. It was only $3 more than Writer Square and a clean and safe garage...and open.

Weird set up and tight spaces. Drove around for 15 minutes to find a space and then waited another 20 to get out. It's a sketchy, dirty garage. We drove past plenty of street parking but had already pre-paid for the garage thinking it would be easier and more convenient. Definitely not worth the discount for comedy works guests. Next time we will be street parking.

Took over 20mins just to get out. Spots are OK, not worth voucher from nearby Comedy Works, imo.
