Thorean was so nice, smart, and helpful. I had a Mason mortise door lock with a broken “post”. He could have easily told me this was not repairable and sold me a new door lock, but instead replaced the post with a screw. The door lock works great!! I highly recommend Wrangler Safe and Lock and will definitely go back!
