Only reason I gave them two stars is because the staff are very polite. However, I would recommend grooming elsewhere. The cut was very uneven, they have old loud clippers that they use which scares them so I had to hold down my puppy so that they could finish the cut around his head. I know the groomer did the best she could with the equipment she had so it’s not on her.

Great grooming location! They were so patient with our new puppy on her 2nd grooming. Her 1st went really poorly somewhere else and her 2nd at Woof in Boots was perfect. They will be our groomer moving forward! The people are so friendly and do a great job.

Nothing gets my pup more excited than getting told he is going to daycare & he practically pulls me through the doors as soon as he sees we are at Woof in Boots! The staff is extremely caring & I always feel so comfortable leaving my pup in their care, whether it be for daycare or 10 nights of boarding. I have been bringing my dog here for years now & have had nothing but great experiences!

We got our small cavapoo groomed here yesterday and they did a fantastic job. Everyone was extremely friendly and responsive to questions I had during the booking process. The prices were a bit lower than what I have historically paid at a larger "big box" retailer but she looks super fluffy and cute. I didn't have to do my own touch ups like I have had to do with other providers. Don't be wary of the location with parking; there is ample parking on 8th Avenue or on any of the neighboring side streets (there is also a very cute friendly golden at the corner of 8th and Galapago).

Ive been bringing my dog here for the past couple of years, both for daycare and boarding (anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks). My pup loves it, and the staff are always so excited to see him too!

Use this daycare !! Woof in boots is a lifesaver. Amazing hours 630-1830 during the week making it super convenient for most work schedules. They also have a great monthly pass. Our dog, mochi will literally cry in excitement as she wiggle butts in every morning. I trust mochi is safe and having a blast with their staff every day. Not to mention the cute pics and videos they share on their instagram!! Check this place out. We are so sad to be leaving Denver and Woof In Boots. Thank you so much - Mochi will miss you all !!

I have been taking my dog here for a couple years now for grooming and they have always been phenomenal. His haircuts are perfect and the staff was amazing. I recently took my dog in for a full groom and had yet to come in since it had changed ownership. I was very disappointed to say the least. Staff was not friendly at all. They were all just sitting there eating and not being friendly or helpful. I tried explaining what I wanted for my dog's groom since it was a new groomer doing his hair. I was basically brushed off. I then get a phone call over 3 hours later saying he is too matted to do a haircut. Not sure why it took that long just to tell me that? I understand he had a bath and his nails done but really? When I came to pick him up, once again not friendly staff. I then saw my dog all alone in the groomer room with the lights off when normally he is out with the other dogs. He looked terrified. They also charged me the same price as a full groom when he didn't even get a haircut. Overall it was a very bizarre and not a great experience compared to what we have had in the past. We will not be returning and wanted this review out there in case anyone else has a similar experience.

My previous dog daycare closed where my dog had fun for years without a single incident.
My dog is still in-tact, and this daycare refuses to accept in-tact dogs even without meeting them to determine temperament.
They say it's illegal even though I confirmed with the city it's not. And they did not call me back to discuss when I confronted them about my conversation with the city.

I think it’s time that I pop in again and say how much I love woof in boots and the whole team. My partner, Anya and I moved here from nyc two years ago and have been loyal customers ever since.
We sometimes go a long time without leaving Anya at daycare or boarding, but my heart is always so filled when we walk in and everyone recognizes her and is so stoked to see our girl.
The grooming work done here is also top tier and essential to mention. Anya HATES baths and despises trims. It’s just who she is, and that’s relatable. lol But she is never terrified when getting groomed by the team at woof in boots. Meanwhile if I dare to bathe her at home she tries to scramble up my body like I’m a gd tree. ? So it’s such a relief to be able to drop her off to the professionals here.
Here are general things I’m always weary about in daycare/boarding facilities and why Woof in Boots eases my mind in all cases:
–how attentive they are or aren’t– This team exceeds my expectations in this department; they know details about Anya that they would never know unless they spent significant time snugglin with her
–how much Anya likes or dislikes being there– When we walk up to the door she is NEVER upset to be there, and as an older chihuahua who hates other dogs (she is very mean and snarly when passing other dogs when on walks) this is a huge deal to me. it is clear that she feels safe and protected enough to enjoy spending significant time there with her humans and the other dogs (the latter still shocks me)
–how clean and bright the building is– Literally there hasn’t been a single time in 2 years that I have been there where it smelled even a little bit. THATS saying something. It’s always clear that cleanliness and brightness is important to them, and I love that
–how enthusiastic the staff are about dogs generally– I’ve never gotten a single negative vibe from an employee. Only the exact opposite. The staff clearly are there because they WANT to be and they feel passionate about the experience of their doggy clients
–and finally how easy it is to engage services– Ya girl has adhd, and planning is not my strong suit. We try to be great organized clients as much as we can…but there are three scenarios I can point to that speak to convenience being a strong suit for Woof in Boots:
1) I can’t count how many times I just needed to drop anya off for a couple hours to get some dang groceries. They never have a problem with me sheepishly popping in and leaving her without any advanced warning
2) There was a time when my partner and I had to be away for two weeks, so we hired a dog sitter on a popular app to stay at our place to watch Anya. We vetted this person, meticulously hired her just to spend time getting to know Anya, and did everything we could to facilitate a great engagement of services. Well to nutshell the situation the sitter accidentally left our balcony door open and left the apartment for hours…so Anya dutifully sat out there and howled for her parents [our sorry a$$es] absolutely non-stop for approx. 3 hours right out into our shared courtyard– causing literally 26 complaints and very nearly getting us evicted. Yeah. Bad. So we frantically called Woof in Boots from another country. …THEY wound up coordinating with our sitter and 30 minutes later anya was safely in their care for the remainder of our nightmare trip.
Literally zero problems from the moment she was with the staff at woof in boots until we tearfully picked her up. We will never forget this wild rescue moment.
3) recently we had visitors staying with us and made very last minute all day plans. My partner ashamedly walked anya in to ask if we could board her overnight, and without a single complaint they welcomed her for boarding.
So it’s a massive relief to have the team at woof in boots so nearby. But even if we were to ever move

I used to take my two dogs here years ago and they always came back super clean and happy, I’m now bringing my new puppy to them as well. Fair pricing and they do a great job!
