Time waits for no one. It had been literally 2 1/2 decades or so since I moved from nearby Garfield St. Myself and friends/ clients use to enjoy a bite to eat on the mall facing side of this grocer. I'm going to do my best and be mindful that the times we live in, along with the delusional narrative we spin in our own heads,.has created a sense of lethargy,.along with ? a malaise not only from the workers but also shoppers as well. Yes, this Whole foods has good products, great baked breads, yet a sad energy which money, influence and one's inflated importance cannot fix.

High quality in everything they make in store and with all of the products they stock their shelves. Always clean and well staffed.

I called at 7:51 AM, 1-21-2024 and Andrew the Customer Service (Cherry Creek) agent was so professional and pleasant, especially when announcing his name in the greeting. Thanks, Whole Foods Market.Mike

I stopped by one morning on the way to work to grab a cake for a bday at the office. The employee at the self checkout was absolutely amazing. I wish I got her name but it was early and i was half asleep but she is really made my day. She was super friendly and engaged in a conversation with me. I walked out smiling and then went to work and told everyone about my experience. Thank you for having great employees.

Monday afternoon the dude who was helping the self checkout was extremely rude to me when I asked about paying cash, I forgot my wallet at home. Instead of assisting me he just pointed at the small business card sign that said electronic payments only then turned and walked away without saying a word. So my $15.00 worth of hot bar food has gone to waste I hope that someone that is down and out finds it in the trash tonight so it doesn't go to waste

The lunch wraps continue to have less and less ingredients in them, for the same price of course. Only about half the wrap is actually filled up.

Me and my wife visited this location on Christmas Eve to pick up our pre-paid Christmas Meal. We felt targeted by the cashier as we left because they had made a major deal about “verifying” our order and taking our receipt and checking our order had been paid for in their system. I say targeted because there were many other customers passing through the registers without having their papers checked and were allowed to leave the store without being “verified”. I don’t know if it was because of our ethnicity or the way we were dressed and the other customers were white, but it made us very uncomfortable. The employee at the register who was an older white female with long gray hair and wore tortoise framed glasses and would not even look at my wife’s email verification to see that we had indeed pre-paid for the meal - nor did she acknowledge us as we were trying to speak to her. Even though the order form we presented had our names and verification already to have been pre-paid, the employee would not acknowledge any of it. Ultimately we were able to leave after about a 5 minute wait to be “verified”. I truly hope Whole Foods reads this and ensures this doesn’t happen again. What happened to us was unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for us and Whole Foods. We will no longer be visiting this location as it is a degrading experience to feel criminalized on Christmas Eve.

I went for their snack bar for a quick bite. The food had been sitting there for ages. It was egregiously expensive; it wouldn't even be worth it if the food was good. Charging $20 for a cold piece of fried chicken? GTFO. I'd be perfectly happy to never go back. If you have money to burn give it to the homeless or literally burn it, at least it'd be warm.
