Dr. K is a lifesaver. She works with complex patients and doesn’t give up. We pay the extra fee so she can dedicate herself to spending the time required to get someone back on the path to healing. It’s worth every penny. If you don’t need that level of care, be grateful and don’t confuse people in need of this care by posting ridiculous reviews. She’s the best in the business.

I was a patient at Highlands for five years and NEVER met Dr. Kennedy. I was first seen by a PA, and that same PA was the person who provided care for me for four years - really liked her. Then, she left the clinic and was replaced by a couple of others with whom I never developed a rapport. Why is it, during a 5-year span, that a doctor doesn't have time to meet with a patient at a clinic for which she is responsible??? After suffering through the last of several other negative experiences with the clinic, I walked out of the door, saying under my breath I would never return. I wrote a letter to the clinic expressing my concerns and, you guessed it, never received a reply.

Never even got to see the PA. I spoke with 2 different people before my appointment, when I got there, they tried whacking me with a $50 co pay, which my insurance doesnt have co pays. They still tried to get me to pay the $50 and said they would deduct it from my bill. The point of not having co-pays is so I dont have to pay out of pocket. Both ladies at the fron desk were kind of rude. I just left to find a real doctor. Way to waste my time. This place is run terribly.

Dr. Kennedy is THE best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of working with.Shes gets me on the schedule in 24 hours or less. She never rushes me out of the office. And she ACTUALLY listens (unlike pretty much every other doctor I've met with). And most importantly, she's genuinely helping me solve my medical problems. In a world full of mediocrity, Dr. Whitney Kennedy stands head and shoulder above the rest.I have a very high bar and very few people have ever met my exacting standards.I can strongly and happily recommend Dr. Kennedy as your primary care physician.

Used to go here, never saw the doctor. Negative experience with the office, negative experience with the PA. I'm sure the doctor is worth her weight in gold. Unfortunately, we don't all have the means to pay out of pocket for this ridiculous, and in my opinion extortionate/immoral, fee to see her. Obviously she's making money so she couldn't care less. Disgusting.

I have seen half a dozen primary care providers in the past few years. Each one had their own quirks, beliefs and idiosyncrasies. I found Kristen Lervik at this practice a few years ago; And I have been so grateful for her wonderful service! She always takes the time to review my medical records, labs and any other materials related to my health. She takes the time to listen to me and understand my position. She replies almost immediately to any message I send through their patient portal... even on her days off. I would strongly recommend her to anyone I know! Empathy, caring and knowledge are her strong points, and I am glad to have found her!

I saw Kayla a PA. Very nice office, nice people. On street parking. I asked before I made an appointment if they accepted the Medicare amount or if they charged above the Medicare amount. I was told they accepted the Medicare amount unless there was a deductible. there is no deductible for an office visit with Original medicare. So I then received a bill for $120.08 above the Medicare paid amount. I now no why you can get the same day you call or the following day - no one goes twice because of over billing. total bill was $185.64, Medicare allegedly paid $65.56. The last doctor I went to collected $75.00 for my office visit from medicare, so I am skeptical that Medicare only paid this doctor $65.56.

Dr. Kennedy is the best private practice doctor you could ever have. These negative reviews are simply anger/jealousy from not being able to see such an amazing doctor invested in your health. I would ignore those one stars. She’s worth the fee for signature MD. You’ll get guaranteed next day appointments and you can call/text her anytime. She’ll get you right-o before you know you’re broken. Preventative care is key. I would not trust my health with anyone else. I have been her patient for 15 years now. Wouldn’t trade her for a million bucks. How much is your life worth? Because you get what you pay for... (if she’s not the right fit for you, you’re probably a real j*** and should look into getting psych help)

Friendly staff and a clean office. I have been seeing Kristin Lervick for over 2 years. She is very compassionate, always asks the right questions, and easy to talk to. Kristin is great at thinking outside the box, especially when standard solutions do not work.

Dr. Kennedy does not see patients without a flat fee that is not covered by insurance. Her PAs are very good, but her office manager and receptionist are rude and unprofessional. I had trouble making appointments (they do not answer the phone and rarely return calls within 24 hours). When I asked to speak with the office manager about a recent request for an routine appointment, the receptionist hung up on me. Two days later, I received a letter informing me that Dr. Kennedy (whom I have never met) would not be able to see me. I have never received such unprofessional service from a medical doctor or anyone else. I would not recommend Dr. Kennedy's practice.
