I am surprised this company is still in business when comparing them to their local competitors. I was in the market for new engineered hardwood flooring and went to their website, but clicking "shop now" redirected me to another website FlooringAmerica, which is apparently some giant clearing house or something. I called Westcraft's number listed on their website during business hours wanting to schedule an appointment to discuss my project, but the phone rang off the hook. I tried again a day or two later and got the same result. Twice was enough for me since I get better service at large box stores and discount flooring companies. I recommend finding another flooring company.

Our recently purchased house in Denver had water damage to the basement carpet, and I was looking to have it replaced with engineered hardwood. I like to shop at local small businesses as much as possible, so I searched online and came up with a few flooring stores to visit. Westcraft was the last store I visited a few weeks ago after having pleasant experiences at the other two stores that had clean stores and normal respectful advertising. After parking at Westcraft, I noticed large graffiti on the billboard pole just outside the entrance at shoulder height and old clothes strewn about the parking lot near the pole. I began questioning the craftsmanship I would get using this business when they would let these things remain feet from their door instead of painting over the graffiti and picking up the trash. Then I noticed a giant sign of a Native American caricature with a mohawk, feather in his hair, and skirt that read "Mohawk" staring down at me with a large "Westcraft Carpets" underneath. It is 2022 in Denver, so I was taken aback by how blatantly racist and insensitive the sales gimmick is, especially in Colorado with our rich Native American history. The company's behavior poorly maintaining their store and using abnormal racism to advertise made my decision to not use them easy since both of the other stores I visited greeted me with a clean store and respectful, mature atmosphere. I hope the owner of Westcraft comes to realize that this sign is highly offensive to many people and that marketing 101 is to not have a company name or mascot that offends reasonable people. If they actually care about their Denver community and clientele, they would remove it immediately and come up with an inoffensive mascot actually pertaining to flooring.

They have been around for years. Excellent service and selection. Prompt for estimate and for installation of carpet. My family has used them for a long time, for carpet, tile, and hardwood.

I just had the best customer service from Westcraft and I haven't even bought anything from them yet. Angelo was good enough to look at pictures of some damaged wood flooring in a condo I'm buying and give me a rough estimate on repairs so I can negotiate with the seller. He was even able to tell me the make of the flooring based on the characteristics he saw in my pictures that I sent to him by message! If the service is this good for a potential customer, it's got to be spectacular for a real customer. I'll definitely be considering them when I need flooring work done!

We had Westcraft Flooring refinish and lay additional hardwood flooring in our new home. Calvin and Jake are incredible and everyone that has seen the floors can't say enough about how beautiful they are. We also had carpet laid by Angelo who is terrific and did an incredible job. Everyone at Westcraft is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Thanks Denny et al!
