They had my car months longer than they quoted with no communication. I had to call constantly to ask for updates. First day driving the car I still have problems with my gear shift! The windshield wipers were installed backwards, and the icing on the cake is the check engine light is on.

I’ve taken 2 vehicles to this shop. One for hail damage the other was for a rear end. Both times everyone in the shop went above and beyond. This shop does not cut corners, so it will take longer than any other shop will promise. Just know the work will be done right. Also, both times I took my vehicle back to fix minor issues and Keith had no issues working with me on correcting the issues.

This place is first class from beginning to end. However, this is not your run of the mill place. If you are looking for cheap, low quality, and bad service go elsewhere. Keith and his crew use OEM parts and make recommendations that are needed to get the job done right. Yes, I paid a little more, but my car came out of there looking great and done correctly the first time. Troy, one of Keith’s employees, is truly great to work with. His attention to detail is impeccable and he/was proactive/communicated with me throughout the entire processes. If you want great service and quality work, then this is the place for you. If you want to go the cheapest route and cut corners, then go with someone else.

Keith and everyone at this establishment are absolutely great at what they do, they were able to get me in and out according to my busy schedule, the work and detail they did on my truck is outstanding. They are true professionals and they care about their work and their customers.

Hands down the best auto body shop experience I’ve ever had!! Keith and all of the staff are incredibly helpful and reliable. I have brought my 2019 Jeep here to be fixed for a few different things and each time they have gone above and beyond to help. Incredible customer service from start to finish. I’ve been here for a large insurance claim repair, dead battery and this most recent time, about my car overheating. They were immediately able to help and even went out of their way to send a tow truck to make sure no further damage was caused. Everything was communicated to me and they even had it repaired the very next business day. Flawless repairs and customer service! They truly care about and look out for their customers. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!!

I have worked with Keith a few times on my car for various things. Dents, tailgate replacements, etc... He and his team are so helpful and SO attentive. The work is quick, he always helps me navigate insurance. It feels like texting someone you know when you have someone to rely on like Keith, who won't steer you wrong and won't try to.
Most recently I asked him if he could help me replace the plastic over the wheel well of my car that came off in the carwash! He offered to just throw it on for free. Keith has a car to work on for life, as long as I ma driving! Thank you Keith and team!

I was very pleased with the responsiveness and friendliness of the people of Werkheiser (much quicker to respond than my insurance company). They were very good about explaining what was going on with my car.
I sincerely hope that this was my last car crash but dealing with Werkheiser was the bright spot in this otherwise dark cloud (also, no one got hurt)

Please go to this auto body shop. These people are wonderful. Even though, I didn't end up getting repairs done here due to ridiculous insurance issues. (State farm headaches) the folks are incredibly easy to work with and communication is top notch. A quick shout-out to Chris who is a fantastic estimator and was an absolute pleasure to work with. If I ever have auto body issues I'm hands down going back.

10/10 My truck got broken into and broke the lock. I went to Ford they said it would be over $1000 so I came here and one of the guys fixed it on the spot for no charge. This should be your first and only stop!!
