Sky Lynn is the teller that assisted me and she was very rude and lazy. I had gone the day before to get a money order and had to go back the next day to fix my full name. She stated that she couldn't make the changes herself and that I needed to wait for a banker. I didn't have time to stick around but it's unfortunate to see the quality of employees going down. I try to avoid going in person for this reason. And it's embarrassing to know that for the past 12 years my bank neglected to add my full last name. Will be going in person on Saturday to void this money order and get the personal information updated. Depending how my interaction goes, I'll have to reconsider switching to another bank.

Forget my social security card by accident,went back to ask nobody showed any interest to help me,plus arrogant people,clerk with mocking attitude,defenitly don’t go to this place.

No stars! Do not recommend! First of all there is NO ATM here anymore and the ATM in the king soopers shopping center is ALWAYS out of service. The wells fargo by my work is completely closed down. Multiple ATM are out of service What the heck wells fargo! ?

If I could giv no stars that would b perfect, they lock the doors before noon, don’t hav a usable atm anywhere around, worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever been too, the management needs to be aware of this and fix it, I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer and would love to hear something done about it

This location leaves alot to be desired, their parking lot is terrible and they dont have an ATM. The machine across the street has "no cash available"

Out of cash in multiple atms at 9am on a Friday. This locations atm outside is consistently empty. Update 7/02. Came yesterday and the atm is out of cash again. This happening at several locations.

I'm a new Wells Fargo customer and I have to say the customer service at this particular location is spot on! I've been in a few times because I wasn't able to deposit my check via the app, and both times, the employees were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, walked me through the steps of making deposits at their location and also showed me cool features on my phone via the app. I've had experiences with other banks where the tellers seem to hate their job and customer service is the last thing on their mind. I always appreciative especially when the "young" employees aren't rushing me and always willing to be helpful. Thanks ladies! Keep up the excellent work. I'd love to meet with their manager and give the proper thanks

I've been in many banks, if I could I would never step foot in a wells Fargo again. After the pandemic hit they decided to close most all their branches creating a bottleneck in the few that are still open. Be prepared to wait an hour in line just to bank with a teller. I filled a complaint with corporate about their services and now the process that I have been doing for 5 years (once I get to the teller) has been complicated just to do a pay advance from my more repeal bank bellco credit union into a business account at wells Fargo, so simple yet they make it so complicated. Please change your banking to someone that understands how valuable your time is!

I've had various accounts with WF over the years. Last month I visited this branch to close my SD box since I have moved out of the area. The interaction with banker Toni Lou Dovel was a pleasure. She acted in a very professional and friendly manner. Employees like her are a rare asset for any institution these days, large or small. They make customers feel that their business is important and appreciated.

In general, I avoid all Wells Fargo banking institutions. They have simply been involved in too many high profile cases involving theft, fraud and other illegal activities. This particular branch has always treated me like a had communicable disease. I don't even like going in to cash checks from their own account holders. It's always a hassle.

The people that work here continue to uphold unpolite and unprofessional behavior. They continuously tell me they can't find my account, when every other location can. They are very slow when helping customers.

The manager Pedro and one of his employees were very unsensitive. Unfortunately I had to close the account due to a death in the family and they couldn't care. I don't have a normal schedule and can't come to the branch I person and today I had to close the account so I didn't have to pay the maintenance fee for nothing. The cashier lady told me nothing can be done since no one was available. When one of the bankers was just on her phone. She told me that if it was that important to visit other locations. And Pedro (in the background trying to ignore the situation) told the teller to just send me away. Please everyone, save your time and do not visit this location. Drive the extra 10 mins and go to the one on Belleview and federal, Jennifer and Domingo (the manager) are amazing and will take care of you!

Worst branch ever got to the bank at 11:40 to get cash their ATM was broken so waited in line for 25 minutes got up to the teller at 12:04 and they said they wouldn't help me because they close at noon. terrible terrible customer service
