I had a very serious problem with an insurance company and it was sloughed off by a so-called bank officer and still hasn't been resolved. Ask for the president of the bank. I wish this rating could be 0 stars. ?

Probably nothing new just not a willingness to provide customer service. Wanted change for $100 bill. They will only change 20 dollars unless you have an account. Not a fan of big banks but have had much better service at Chase Banks especially the Broomfield branch.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 1990. Over the past year it has been virtually impossible to get money out of a Wells Fargo ATM. There are 2 within a block of each other in my neighborhood. They have both been out of service since last Friday. They have been out of service 9 times out of 10 in the past year. I always have to have my partner get cash at the US Bank ATM next door, which is never out of service, and then zelle him money. This is an absurd way of having ro get my money. Painting the Wells Fargo building appears to be more important than maintaining the ATM. It has come to the point where I am being forced to take a day off work to close my Wells Fargo account so I can open accounts at a bank where I can obtain my money when I need it.

Wells Fargo needs to go back to 9-530 mon-fri at the least. Not everyone gets the luxury of getting out of work early or getting ample personal time off to take care of banking business. 530 at the least would make a difference. Sure miss the old days when wells Fargo was open 9-6pm

This location is the WORST! The manager that speaks Spanish is prejudice against you if you look mexican and don't speak Spanish. She's just down right rude!
98% of the time, they make a mistake at this location. Yesterday, the lady sitting on her rear behind the tellers, was supposed to be training the one teller. The teller made mistake after mistake, and FINALLY the lady gets up to help the teller, and didn't follow through with helping her with the transaction. After we got home we received a phone call asking my husband for his approval to withdraw the money for our mortgage payment. Then we received a second call saying, we didn't process the payment correctly. You could either come back in and do the transaction over, if not it will process in about 3 days.
My husband was working evenings, and had to rush back in to get the payment right before he went to work. It was TOTALLY INCONVENIENT timing.
I say the bank manager needs to be replaced. It's been years since this location had good service. I will not return to this location due to constant mistakes.

Forget my social security card by accident,went back to ask nobody showed any interest to help me,plus arrogant people,clerk with mocking attitude,defenitly don’t go to this place.

No stars! Do not recommend! First of all there is NO ATM here anymore and the ATM in the king soopers shopping center is ALWAYS out of service. The wells fargo by my work is completely closed down. Multiple ATM are out of service What the heck wells fargo! ?

If I could giv no stars that would b perfect, they lock the doors before noon, don’t hav a usable atm anywhere around, worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever been too, the management needs to be aware of this and fix it, I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer and would love to hear something done about it

This location leaves alot to be desired, their parking lot is terrible and they dont have an ATM. The machine across the street has "no cash available"
