Three times in a row I tried to deposit a printed, not hand written, check and the ATM would not take it. I did report this to a supervisor and they told me sometimes it doesn't take printed checks. That sounds really lame to me, anyway, it's still not fixed.

As I was working with small business banker Yuri, she almost casually mentions that the branch was (very quietly) getting robbed. The robber leaves the bank, the staff lock the doors, and Yuri continues working with me. Everyone is as calm as possible throughout the entire event. The police arrive and shortly thereafter a pistol-like sound comes from the back of the bank. The police draw their sidearms, command everyone to raise their hands, and investigate the source of the sound. Turns out, a frozen soda can sounds a lot like a pistol when it explodes. Even after all this, Yuri keeps doing her job.Yuri and the entire staff were some of the most professional people I've had the great pleasure to work with in Denver. Seeing how calmly and quietly they handled the situation makes me confident in their bank. Well done all.

2 tellers standing there having coffee while 2 other tellers handle a ling line i waited in. Wont be returning to this branch. Friday afternoon before 2 seems a great time for all staff to help

Showed up at 4:58pm and doors are already locked. You are in an obscure location with a small parking lot. I cannot access my account using tap to pay and it has taken over 3 weeks for my debit card to arrive. Thank you for continuing to make everything just a little harder.

Wells Fargo once had two locations in North Cherry Creek, but the Sears block next to Whole Foods is being redeveloped and the branch there has been closed in favor of a new location at Colfax and York.This branch remains open. It has the great virtue for the Cherry Creek area of a free, private parking lot with quite a few spaces. There is also a 24-hour ATM. Those amenities make this a very convenient place to bank for those in the area.It would be nice if the ATM had some sort of shade. It is very difficult to read the display when it is hit by the afternoon sun. You can enter the parking lot from Steele Street or from First Avenue.

The reviews don’t lie. It’s a shame I’ve bank with WF for 17 years now. Their customer service is so poor, the teller at the counter can’t even say “Goodbye” to a customer. If this branch wasn’t open on Saturdays, I would never come here.
