BEWARE I EXPERIENCED UNFORTUNATE RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AT THIS LOCATION FROM THE TELLER VICTOR AND A MANAGER WHO'S NAME I'M UNSURE HOW TO SPELL PRONOUNCED "YAVIDA" I BELIEVE. I RECORDED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION. THEIR TREATMENT OF ME AS A BLACK WOMAN TRYING TO CASH A SIMPLE CHECK FROM a FRIEND WAS EMBARRASSING AND AWFUL. THEY TREATED ME AS A CRIMINAL BASED ON MY APPEARANCE AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE.

The bankers, Jessica Hernandez and Stephanie Nava, were very rude to me this afternoon when I was in the branch, talking about the fees I was charged. Jessica even repeated stopped me from talking, chasing me to leave. I have banked with wells Fargo for at least ten years, with five accounts, among them there are two businesses accounts, keeping high balance of 200k all the time. It charges me $10 when ever one day balance was below $500. I was extremely upset when those two bankers paid no respect to their customer in the public. I am going to close all my accounts with Wells Fargo, and tell all my relatives not to bank with Wells Fargo anymore, as this bank trained its employees badly.

Terrible customer service. All I'm trying to do is a basic checking account switch and for two days in a row Wells Fargo hasn't been able to achieve this. A multi-billion-dollar company and yet they don't have the capability/bankers/system to do an easy task. Stay away from WF.

Made an appointment for notary only to be told that I have to wait due to the only person that notarizes jump in with another person. I will moving from Wells Fargo as customer service has gone down hill.

Be careful with cash withdrawals. One of the tellers is alerting a group of friends/thieves that follow you and break into your car and steal the cash. Happened to someone who withdrew $6000 then went to 7-Eleven. While inside they broke into his truck and stole the bank envelope

Absolutely terrible. After 30+ years banking with Wells Fargo, this location chased us away. My wife and I booked an appointment to see a banker and brought our infant. When we showed up, the teller who could barely be bothered with our presence laughed and told us a banker wouldn't be in. We asked why they took appointments, and they said the system doesn't work. Excuse after excuse after excuse. WF has terrible rates, but we thought the option of visiting our neighborhood branch for personal service was worth it. Turns out that isn't an option. The teller wrote down our name and number and said a banker would be back with us that morning. It's been 3 days. No contact. We're closing our WF accounts and moving elsewhere. This place is a joke. Avoid.

Currently waiting in the bank (it's been 30 minutes so far) to make a simple phone number and email change. Only one banker at present. Only doing this because WF doesn't allow you to make these changes any other way. Pretty lousy service.
