Why anyone banks with trash I will never understand. I live right next door to a Wells Fargo branch and finally got my state tax return back. In the letter Colorado states you can cash the check at any Wells Fargo location for free. Unfortunately if you don't bank with trash then you need two forms of ID. Who travels with two forms of ID around their home town? Wells Fargo has the worst customer service and needs to burn in hell. I'll happily walk to my local credit union and support local communities instead of corporate greed.

After a long and frustrating day visiting three different bank branches with nothing but rude customer service, I stumbled upon the branch at the end of Denver downtown. I had the pleasure of meeting Cindy Terrazas, the manager, who completely turned my day around. Cindy was incredibly helpful and took the time to address all of my concerns with patience and professionalism. From now on, I’ll be exclusively conducting my banking business at this branch thanks to Cindy’s exceptional service.

lilliana and Jody are the most in competent workers who don't care about your needs as a customer. they stereotype there customers and won't help unless you are white or Hispanic . horrible branch service .

The bankers here do not know what they are doing. They will tell you one thing, and then go ahead and charge you fees based on the bank's policies, which they did not accurately tell you in the first place and then shrug their shoulders and not even apologize. Also completely inept at international wires. Tried to wire to Canada and they pretty much told me they couldn't do it and suggested I take out a cashier's check and mail it. Finally, their ATMs don't work. I don't know if they disabled them due to the crime in the area or what, but they literally have inactive street side ATMs. Anyways, I ended up closing all my accounts and ending the relationship over these issues - it's actually not the fee itself, or the inability to wire, but rather the godawful unprofessionalism and barely trained bankers saying whatever. If you want a bank that's lackadaisical about your money, I highly recommend this branch to you.

How long does it take to open bank account?. I came in at 4 pm. It closed at 5 pm. Staffs said it not enough time. It took me hour to come and I don’t have a car I explained to staff. No emphatic service mind they only say sorry which is very basic service skill. I would not come if the system allow me to open account online. There is no customer in the bank at all at that time.I actually booked appointment at 3.30 I knew I will be lated so I made call to the branch couple time around 3 pm. No one pick up the phone. If you pick up and said it is not possible to open today. I would have not come. I’d like to see how you can help customer solve problem more than just saying politely sorry. And what service you can do in an hour. How long does it take to open bank account? The reason I gave 1 star cause my problem didn’t get solved at all.Thank you

After 15 years of loyal customer service at Wells Fargo, I unfortunately will be canceling my account due to your banker being unwilling to help me get something as simple as one single blank check fee removed.

The banker, Chris Wylie, was a great help! He was able to efficiently resolve my issue. The branch was prompt to help, lines weren't long, and all staff seemed friendly.

Rude banker. Seemed like I was being rushed when asking questions about my money. Did not help answer all my questions. Would not recommend this bank.

*UPDATE, WELLS FARGO RESPONDED TO ME BY EMAIL AND TOLD ME TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION AGAIN AND CALL THEIR CLAIMS NUMBER. AFTER TELLING THEM I DID THAT 6 TIMES LOL. WHAT A CROCK OF SHI** *NOTE MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED* Wells fargo is the worst bank in the world. Wells fargo's customer makes me sick to my stomach. I made a transaction for $1000+ and canceled it the same day. Seconds after doing it. I gave Wells Fargo the transaction number and reference number of cancelation from the company. I opened 6 different 'investigations' over 8 months and gave them this information over and over. Wells fargo proceeded to call me a liar and closed every case without giving me my money back. Everytime I went into a bank location, zero help from the managers/employees. *Arms up in the air* "sorry, call the number." ??? I canceled a transaction, the money goes back to my account. It says that on the screen of whatever you're on "money will go back within 7-10 business days." An air-headed manager at wells fargo told me that because wells fargo doesn't have a relationship with a certain company I should use companies wells fargo had a relationship with...? Wells Fargo deals with any company, it's money. The way I've been turned away in their locations, and on their special phone number is complete garbage. Not one person I've spoken to on the phone or in their banks has any brains or customer service skills. I'm still out $1000+ that's mine; I have the reference number of cancelation. It's such an easy fix. A transaction was canceled, give the money back to the customer. Wells fargo continues to hold my money hostage and call me a liar. We are in a 'pandemic', they make you wear masks in their store. But for my situation, while many are struggling, they're robbing me of my money and offering ZERO help. Worst bank ever.

This branch is closed more than it's open. And unfortunately they do not seem to care if the ATM are functioning either.

Went in to pay off my car loan, but that was too hard for them. The teller told me to talk to a banker, banker said to talk to the teller, and neither could confirm if the loan was paid off. Apparently this location is just a checking cashing center and nothing more.
