This is the fakest bank in Denver. The lazy, loafing tellers constantly tell you to leave the branch office you just drove to and go call the WF 800# instead. This happens all day, every day at every fake WF branch. The only thing worse than a WF branch office is the WF 800#. Every call starts in the Philippines and after several blind transfers it ends up there too. I’ve travelled back and forth across the Pacific Ocean more than Dory from Finding Nemo just from calling WF. This bank is a total joke, except it isn’t really funny.

Last Year, i had to and it was unnecessary to show proof to the New Property Low Reviewed Womanagement That i had payed twice 12/22 rent Since my lease was ending and the Integral Property Womanagement ATLANTA, Ga was Evicted by the State Of Colorado over Attorney Generat Legal Issues.I had sent rent payment early for December November 8, 2022 to be exact, Then we left a ? That mgmt Changedd and Effective 12.01.22 we had to bring money orders to the office since there was no portsl.online to pay rent through rent cards , they even Integral Did ask we send it to Atlanta via 7/11 Which was not smart at all. I eventually found my WF BANK personal money orders the receipts Long story short This dude teller straight up lied said he couldn't find record of it would call Went to Lincoln Talkin' with One Clerk Lady Manager Asked if she could help Yes , Vote Michael Johnston for Mayor. She said no Denver said Yes , it was found by the better managed Chestnut Street Wells in my Ledger as well❤️ ? Bless all y'all Hearts But Welton Street was in Cahoots in trying to make me pay rent twice. I had the proof Successfully moved away from this mess and "Bullet Points" Colorado. Glory Glory Hallelujah He Reigns ?.
Hallelujah, Praise Jesus. I AM Saved By Grace. God Bless Denver's Heart's. Take ? Care. NANI 'S ? ? ?. That Month rent was used for ABF UBOX. And today i celebate 1 year in a better managed but not perfect ? ?️ and Safer City and neighborhood Democratic Leadership as well.

Bank is not open on Saturdays for what ever reason. And the atm is not accessible. They need to update their Google information.

This place sucks. Had an appointment at 10:30 to get a paper notarized. They were running behind sure, fine. Then when the banker was finished with the pervious customer 30 minutes later....they proceeded to call the person that arrived after me. Waste of my time.

The staff at this location have always been very helpful and professional. The decisions of management, however, are truly baffling. I have lived one block away from this branch for 14 years. They have always provided access to the after-hours ATM via a security door, ( you have to swipe your debit card to gain access)About a year ago, the door began to malfunction and just wouldn’t lock, allowing access to anyone. During the winter, it was often that homeless people would sleep inside the foyer. SOOOO, instead of simply REPAIRING THE BROKEN DOOR….this branch made the brilliant decision to just completely eliminate ATM access, after hours, to ALL of it’s customers in the community. The irony is that the Chase Bank, located one block away had a similar issue for about 3 days, but they decided to repair the door and the ATM is secure and functioning. I go there now, but have to pay a service fee. Quick fix for that…change banks. ?

I was trying to close out my father's accounts, due to his passing. Was given the wrong information, on several different occasions. I finally had to get my lawyer involved. I made six trips, before I was issued two checks. I made six trips down there, before the issue was resolved. I would never recytthis bank to anyone!had tohad to get my lawyer involved.

There is an ATM unlike what Google tells you. However only open during business hours. Friendly services. street parking might be hard
