I may need to close this personal checking account I just recently opened. Last week I walked into the bank to make a deposit and while I was there, I wanted to ask what information I would need to open a new Trust account and wanted to make an appointment at the branch to do that. I did not expect anyone to drop what they were doing to help me set up an account right then without an appointment, if they were all busy. But since all employees were completely free (including someone named Ephrim), I figured they could at least tell me what information I needed to bring to set up the account when I did come in, and make an appointment for me. Though there were several people standing/sitting around doing nothing as no one else was in the branch, I was rudely told "you have to make an appointment for that". So I have to make an appointment to get information about what I need to bring in to my appointment? And he shoved a business card in my hand and told me "scan the barcode" and walked off. Wow! Just Wow! And banks just like other companies wonder why many of their clients dislike them so much! This branch truly has NO idea of what customer service is and can't stop texting on their personal phones and get up off their *** to help anyone. I'll try another branch and if I get anything like this same treatment, I will be closing out my new account that I did open, and go to another bank altogether. Wells Fargo, you don't deserve your clients.

I got mail offering money to set up and use a checking account.. before I did this, I wanted to know if and where Wells Fargo had safety deposit boxes.. I called and called, was put on hold, circuited through their irrelevant automated recordings, no one available to talk and nothing online that I could find.. This location has bad reviews, as you can see, but I got the same treatment at the 3 or four locations I called.. There are limits to the advantages of electronic communication and definitely of finding people to code properly.. Wells Fargo seems to have gone way beyond their limits.

Went in here to get change for my store. My shop does deposits multiple times a week and for some reason they would not give me simple change. I needed 90$ in fives for my register and they would not do it without me having to call the shop and have the receptionist find out the company account number. I could not help but feeling bullied. Almost like they were trying to find a reason to not simply give me change. I just don’t understand if I did not have the account number, how somebody is unable to go into a bank and not get money, it’s just absurd. They were rude and aggressive taught was seems like a simple request.I do not recommend this place for a business account where you may have employees doing deposits, or transactions.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for the past 15 years. I was recently told by Wells Fargo they needed to close my business account because my business profile was incorrect due to a non-compliant address that is not in my Account Profile; in fact, there is no way for me to adjust my business profile. I was unaware of this hidden business profile, and their letters about this did not mention it was a hidden business profile that was maintained by Wells Fargo internally; as far as Wells Fargo was concerned, the business profile was not hidden from me. When I called after receiving their letter, the person I talked with did not mention how the situation could be resolved, and the letter stated their decision was final. I have heard horror stories of how Wells Fargo has mismanaged certain customers, and now this has been done to me. If I knew how to update my business profile correctly, I would have done so. Wells Fargo is a poorly run bank that does not care about their customers, and they have the right to do this. I regret having been a customer of Wells Fargo for all these years. Take this into consideration, or this same thing may happen to you.

I went there Pacifically close an account, and I delt with a banker named ephirm, and the experience was not Quite so good, I had to teach him how to do his job, basically upon closing the account to open a savings he told me there was no debit card for that particular account, which I told him that would not be true. He also began to tell me that I would have to go to a branch if I wanted to make a withdrawal. Which makes absolutely no sense at all, so then he turns around and tells me that he has been working for the company for 12 years and has never seen a debit card for a savings account. "MAKES NO SENCE" so after going back and forth he finally realized that he was wrong and he did not have any knowledge of his job. I am not too happy with that experience

What’s the point of an atm if we can’t actually access it outside of business hours

Been sitting here 30 minutes. No one has helped me. Two tellers, two bankers. One of them is helping a lady, the other banker has been sitting at his desk the entire time and has helped no one. However, as soon as coffee gets there, he wants to get up and show off his ugly brown shoes with his pink shirt to the girl bringing coffee. Then sits back down after showing her the employee areas and she leaves.

Worst banking service I have ever received from a manager and teller. I’ve even worked in banking. Completely and totally incompetent.

Good people, great bank. I've been with Wells Fargo for a number of years and have had no bad experiences. In my book, 5 stars.

Friendly employees, professional Services. Unlike some banks that don't open a simple bank account for legal migrants, Wells Fargo is fair. Thank you!

I have been going to this Wells Fargo location for over 5 years and have always had a pleasant experience. The tellers are very professional and friendly. When the location closes down this summer and moves to East Colfax, I will follow them.
