It's my 5th time coming to this laundry place. Apparently, they cheat on hot or warn water cycles. Every time when I choose the hot water cycle (which is $4 ), it washes with cold water (which is, of course, cheaper). So, they basically charge you a higher price, but you ended up getting cheaper service. If the owner is an honest person, he/she could change this review to better review by fixing/looking up the following washer machine numbers: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6. Moreover, I touched other machines' window (that were in the hot water cycle), and surprisingly, all of them were washing in cold water. That's not fair at all. Please fix it and respond to me under this review. I'll come next time to check if you guys really care about customers.

Clean, quiet, nice wash... HOWEVER, if you are going to have an employee leave for an hour to god knows where, you probably should leave one of the bathrooms open considering there are no other employees to open it. It's 9:00am. Arrived at the site at 8:30am. By 8:37am the lady left. She arrived back at 9:30am. Unsure where "7 minutes" and "just cleaning" came from as she drives a white car parked directly out front and the vehicle was completely gone from the premises the entire time and she arrived back with canned air she purchased.

Very satisfied w/ my experience here tonight! It’s bright and clean and smells great when you first walk in. The machines are what I would consider fancy and in stellar condition no mildew stank.

Staff wasn't welcoming.Maybe I didn't speak Spanish well enough and didn't come off as excited as I should have at a public coin laundry matt.Reguardless, took my business elsewhere.Went 4 minutes down the road to Coin-Op Laundry (8966 Hampton), where service is 24/7 and machines ran from my phone via eCard.

The lady at the counter was incredibly rude when we asked for change because the machines were not working. She didn't even look up from her phone when helping me. I immediately left and will not be returning

Okay so I was in town and needed to do some laundry before heading out of town. This location is extremely clean and very well light. I give it 3 stars simply because of the cost. At home I wash my clothes twice. So doing this here is cost prohibitive. The washer I used cost $6.00, $5.00 and $4.50 x 2. I will air dry most of my laundry but I’m already in for $50 that’s right $50 for 4 medium loads of laundry. I’m sure that you could save some money by combining loads. None the less use this place if you need to wash your clothes but don’t expect it to be cost effective.

Always clean and the staff are always friendly. It's also safe to nit sit there with your stuff while washing/drying b/c the staff is on point and they recognize all the customers...

Machines are 3.50 and would even wash one hamper of clothes half clothes were not even wet . Laundry management said we overfilled machine . Who makes a machine that only does half loads . Refused to re wash or give refund

Clean, modern and friendly with convenient hours. What more to ask? I especially appreciated the carf system which avoids the hassle of using quarters.
