I was a member just a couple of years ago. The high end membership was 38/mo. Today, mid grade membership is 75/mo. It is the same wash. Makes hard to justify membership. Used to cone 1x/week to support the kids doing it. Have fallen back to about 1x/6 weeks. They have also consolidated out the mid grade wash options.

So very disappointed !!! I ordered full service and the inside of the car was completely dirty. The mats were dirty they didn’t even vacuum very well and it’s $50 and I gave them $20 as a tip before I looked inside of my car and then it was just too late, I just left. but it was such a bummer I will never go back to that place and I don’t recommend anyone !!! I had to go and find another car wash after them to clean my Matts and vacuum again!

This place sucks. Expensive and they rarely do a good job. The only thing consistent is poor quality.

was far from clean, I had to ask them to vaccum the back, and when I got home I found way more dirt. it rained the next day so I couldnt go back! I got the works!

The woman working the register was so rude and had HORRIBLE customer service when I was asking about my membership and how to use my card to save on gas. I was shocked by how she behaved (especially given that it was a Tuesday morning at 8 am and NOBODY else was even in the store).Won’t ever go back to this location, which is a bummer because it’s the only close one to me.

This used to be a great car wash. In the past few months they have nearly doubled their prices and the service has declined significantly. Previously I would have recommended them but now they do half the quality at twice the price. A really poor value.

It’s a real luck of the draw what you get. Sometimes you’ll get the hard worker. A larger part of the time, you’ll get the sketchy one who opens compartments. Don’t kid yourself with the rain check. It’s mostly for a 2nd external wash and then they wave a rag over the car and the leave it in your seat.

My 3/10 visit was my final visit! My car was on the conveyor belt and hit the car in front of it. I did not know this until I came outside to see which lane my car was in for vacuuming. My car was parked behind the car that it hit. The driver of the car was in her car when my car hit hers. The staff was explaining to the BMW driver that the had no liability and that we need to go through our insurance carriers. Only if there was damage Waterway would get involved. My front license plate was bent, but my car as well as the BMW had no damage. While I was waiting for them to finish my car, two other vehicles hit each other on the conveyor belt. They kept stopping and starting the belt. I called the corporate office and reached customer service and explained what happened and that all I wanted was a refund for my bad experience. The girl gave me the location number to call. I called two days in a row and the manager, Brandon, was not there. I strongly urge everyone to find a better and cheaper car wash. The staff were extremely uncaring about the situation. I wish I could give negative stars!

In my opinion… Not worth a commitment. It’s in a really great location so inevitably they’ll get traffic but 9/10 times, I’m truly disappointed.Over the last few years we’ve all had to take less & pay more. Life. Whatever. I just don’t understand and can’t accept Waterway service. I just don’t get it. How do I politely ask “Is this really clean?” when it’s already so busy & I’ve already waited so long. Sometimes I don’t feel like pointing out missed spots. I usually leave confused about what I paid for.Recently I’ve accepted that Waterway will do a half job so, I just budget time to do the other half. I’m not even mad about it. I concede that large vehicles take longer and I’m not advocating for a rushed process… so it is what it is.I do want to note that everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The team is so nice & the managers as well. ( Except for that Sunday when the machine broke and the Territory Manager started yelling at customers & their cars to leave. Generally I don’t pay places to talk to me like a stray dog but, since he was yelling at both customers & staff… I didn’t feel special)Honestly… it’s around the corner from my house & office so I’ll be back. Maybe it’ll be better.

It’s a little pricey, but they do a really good job. $30 to do the outside and inside of my car with vacuuming. They do the windows and everything too so it takes some time. Pretty good deal, I could see some places calling it “detailing” they’re very thorough. Employees are super nice and the place is well managed. Would recommend.

I went to this place for 2 years and I won't be going back for anything other than an express exterior wash ($10). I watched my car go through the express wash and then sit for 40 minutes. A kid cleaned the inside for 5min and barely cleaned off any of the dirt inside or out. I paid $35 which was not worth the time I spent or the job done. They took so long I didn't even have time to ask them to fix anything. It wasn't busy at all either everyone was just moving slow.
