I always have a great experience washing here. I usually come in when Margaret and Evencio are working and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. They keep the place cleaned and functioning without a doubt!! I 100% recommend this laundromat to friends and family for their quality washes, great prices, and great customer service!

I've been faithful since they open up shop but have noticed it going down on quality of working equipment and cleanliness. I was in to do my was got loaded soap in machine to look for lady and find out the wifi is down to my pre pay card wasn't working. Lucky for me I had 10.00 cash in my car. Even after asking why she doesn't have note on front doors stating no prepaid cards. Yes theirs a note on the prepaid machine up front. I was also shorted when I got my quarters. I see it's time to look for another location the quality of service has dropped here. But the cost keep raising. More cost is fine but the services have got to match that new cost. FYI the guy is hard working and keep the place amazing...

This place is horrible. Same lady there all the time. All she does is sit in office never does much. Lazy, dirty place they raised prices like crazy. The wash house 2 in Littleton worth the extra drive is hands down the cleanest and best one prices are not raised . This Bear Valley Laundromat is the worst and dirtiest one I have ever seen in my life. All they have is Mexicans working there and play annoying Mexican music whole time. Do your research first try the one Wash house 2 you will freak out how clean and big it is and cheaper than the one in Bear valley and I live close to that one but drive to other one also the carts are all broken and wheels coming off almost this place is a disgrace it’s the little Mexico and projects of the all laundry places fact save your money go elsewhere. I see owner got back truth hurts. All Mexicans workers in this dump why? Because they work for the lowest wage, this owner could care less about his laundermat go check out this place I said or even the Laundry yard on Wadsworth and Girton see the prices this owner is a disgrace to own this place to raise the prices on this dump how embarrassing

Terrible place to go just left there due to being told I can’t just dry my clothes they must be washed there as well I’m in shock how ridiculous this is don’t go here not to mention the lady was so rude about it and slapped the sign to make sure I knew what it stated

If you have money to throw away then this place is awesome! For the price to do one load, you can literally take yourself out to eat to a decent restaurant.

Super clean, reasonable prices for large load & regular size washing machines & dryers. The prices for drop off wash and fold are quite good, the staff is very friendly!

This place is a huge rip off. My clothes were not clean, the dryers don't work, and help from staff is non existent. I bought soap for $1.75 and they put a $10 hold on my card, ridiculous. I just wanted clean clothes. Thanks for taking my money for nothing.

Horrible customer service.The machine overflowed .The customer next to me tried to help because I rang the bell over 6 times. She said wasn't my fault. She try to help.He pointed at me said my fault.It was not. I showed him nothing was in thier that I did.Go somewhere where they treat you kindly.

Very clean. The staff and customers were very friendly. 7.50 for a big washer 1.25 to dry. Best price by far.
