Trying call is a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone.

Update - original review below: I purchased plums during this visit (6/1) and when making a fruit salad on 6/3 every plum I purchased was rotten (see pic), 4 to be exact. You are required to make returns in the store, even if it’s rotten food. When I arrived at the store, the customer service desk was already closed. There were two employees standing in front of the customer service desk who informed me the customer service was already closed. I looked at my phone and it was 7 PM exactly, so I asked them what time they close and was told “we close at 7 PM but today they closed at 6 PM.” This is not the first time I’ve had issues trying to make a return to this location, it seems to not matter the time of day, customer service is regularly closed hours ahead of time. I think this is an unacceptable way to run a business. Several employees were in the store, including the two who were standing at the desk talking. Why can’t some of those employees work the customer service desk during normal hours? It’s ridiculous that this is the way they run this business. ~ Original review begins here: Rude staff. Long lines. Poorly stocked. Many of the employees need an attitude adjustment and are just plain rude. Today, I used the self-checkout and some of my items were having issues on the scale. I noticed a customer in the self-checkout line giving me glaring looks (he was about 3 people back in the line that is cued up to use one of the 5 self-checkout lanes), mid-way through my order he was standing directly behind me (like 3-4 inches away breathing down my neck in my line). I overheard his conversation with the person monitoring the self-checkout and overheard he was on his break (Walmart employee). He continued to invade my personal space and privacy and I offered apologies as I was removing my bags (not sure why, I did nothing wrong) and he just glared at me. How utterly tacky, disrespectful, and disgusting. He was the epitome of the word “punk.” He couldn’t wait for me to scan my 12 items??? Walmart should do better with their hiring choices and customer service training because these young jerks are giving them a bad name.

The most saddest store produce is very nasty. They all have stuff I need all the time. The milk fridge is always empty. Their customers service sucks. They are absolutely rude.

Pickup process is horrible. Been waiting almost an hour to grab my items.
Update. I decided to try the pickup option a try a few more times and things never got better. They give you moldy produce that has expired. If it’s not the bad quality it will be missing items. 0/10

Good location, fast in and out if you choose the right time. Good selection.

So like why is it so ridiculously understaffed to the point that NO registers are open?

And who is the third world country after that? There have been no queues in Russia for 20 years. America, the first economy in the world. You can't see it in the shops where you stand in line for 30 minutes.

And you can not mock people in the evening. Are we driving pickup trucks in the left lane on the highway at 80 miles per hour for nothing? Why would you stand in traffic for half an hour?

This place is a mess at all times. Usually no one working the register so the self check out lines are incredibly long. I’m lucky if I’m in and out of there in 20 minutes.

The worst Walmart of all time. they literally lock up everything and don’t have the staff to open it so you’ll be waiting for like an hour to get some soap. Glad TARGET is right down the street.

My favorite place cause I can walk there! Everything is fresh and clean and the food is fresh and they keep the prices reasonable. I go there every day.

This is a smaller type of Wal-Mart. With a slimmer choice in variety. It will make grocery shopping easier. From medicine, hygienic products, cards, pet food, drinks, and food. Depending on the traffic in the store. Checking out may be lengthy. But it is worthwhile with great deals and low prices

The story is a mess with unorganized shelves and boxes blocking a lot of the aisles. There was a spill near the self-serve check stand. It was pointed out to an employee who walked over to it, picked up the bottle and walked away. No one was called to clean up the liquid that was on the floor.
Walmart is also going out of its way to help you find reasons not to shop with them. They don't accept "tap to pay" such as Apple or Google, they are promoting self-checkout but then limiting self-checkout and yet not opening staffed registered to compensate. I used to do probably 50% of my grocery shopping at Walmart and went there once or twice a week. But now it's probably less than 20%. I may end up going there once a month.
