I enjoy coming to this store because it's always a very well lit clean store I can find what I need and the people that work here are very polite and very helpful and the prices are just as competitive as King Soopers or all the rest.

I’d like to pay homage to Surdom in the pharmacy department. Surdom is always kind, respectful and proficient when handling the needs of customers. He’s an ambassador in his field, I wish there were more like him!!

Absolutely zero stars!!!!! Customer service does not exist. You can call in a prescription days in advance. You get a call saying it's ready you go pick it up and you have to wait thirty minutes because it is not ready. This has happened a couple of times. Fifteen to thirty minutes on hold on the phone is a regular thing.The pharmacy is closed on the weekends like people get sick only Mondays through Fridays. When you actually do get service the representatives are cold and dismissive. This is a horrible experience. If this pharmacy wasn't around the corner from me I would definitely use another one. I probably will switch because going five miles to the nearest pharmacy is definitely less painful.

Ive thought of changing pharmacies a few times but this is closest to me so I stick around. The store looks nice after the remodel. I don't really know what's totally changed but it looks like maybe they added a clinic? Who is to know, that part of the place never seems open. Their hours seem to always change at this store. The pharmacy is definitely slow and they close for an hour in the middle of the day. Shopping for anything here is insanely expensive and seem to not go thru their inventory as I have purchased nail polish a few times now and get home to use it only to discover it's old.

These guys don't know what the hell is going on. I went to pick up photos that my wife had ordered, apparently they were lost and could not be located. The night employee was also swearing on the phone with what sounded like a family member. Wouldn't come here.

making an appointment for a vaccine doesn't seem to make any difference here. walkin get priority, service slow, vaccine person helped a customer even though there was someone ekse that could help. they call you to the counter then walk away mid sentence to do something else. at some point all three staffers worked with one petson ignoring those in line and those waiting for vaccinations. finally got called in for vaccination 30 minutes after appt time. do yourself a favor and go to costco instead....

Has to be the worst pharmacy in America, and has the most rudest people working there ! We were waiting in line at 5:40 to pick up a prescription and by the time we got to the window it was 6:00 on the dot . This person literally put the sign in the window and close it right in our faces ! I don’t understand why they are even still open . They can never fill your medicine in a timely manner and has the most unprofessional employees. The store manager won’t do anything either so you can forget about it!

I have severe epilepsy & didn’t have my medication with me while I was away from home. I was having multiple episodes. Within 4 min of arrival I was dispensed the life saving medication I needed so desperately..They saved me without a doubt. TY

Don't get your prescriptions at Walgreens. They will never get it done & never answer your phone call. Save your time from sending your prescription here or any Walgreens anywhere

Oh my goodness I had to run in quickly not my neighborhood wallgreens but I sure wish it was! This store is probably the most cleanest organized stores I've been in in Denver! I was not planning on doing a review but the employees here deserve to have there work be noticed I had to run back to car an grab my phone! They were stocking and very organized clean floors shelves where all nicely kept! Why can't they all look like this it would be a pleasant shopping experience!

I go to Walgreens on Monaco and evans every day and they have the best employees and customer service!! Ms. Elaine and Ms. Vanessa are the two employers I love dealing with. They greet me every time I walk in the door and ask how I’m doing. They are both very personable and even ask how my kids are doing! I highly recommend this store!!! ?
