Baggies listed on the shelf with signs buy one get two free. They would not give me two free at checkout because they claimed the baggies were different sizes. Packaging was exactly the same. The price was exactly the same. I can’t believe they soured the whole experience being so petty and stupid. Next time I’ll just go to Safeway

The level of rudeness the employees have here is unfathomable. Such a Negative work environment no wonder all the employees are rude and nasty. Been going to this Walgreens for about 16 years now and some things just never change.

No one is ever available to help. People waiting in line at the photo counter and they could care less. Waiting for passport photos and a guy is taking his time with the computer printer while several people are waiting. Never a good experience at Walgreens these days.

Do not get your passport photo here. Im very upset that the lady cropped my hair and didn’t give me the option to pull my hair back. She was very upset over another situation, which is fine, however, I had to pay for these. Now, I’m going somewhere else. A waste of time and money.

Every time I come. They have 4 people working and only 1 person actually working and ch me king people out. Literally takes 20+ minutes to check out sometimes….

They might be short staffed like any retail pharmacy, but they work hard to make sure you get the right product at the right price in a timely manner.

Truly awful. Every time I try to call they continue to take me on and off of hold (rings through, then is picked up and put back to the hold music without anyone saying anything). I wouldn’t have to wait on hold if their automated system actually worked.
When I am able to get through they often cancel the prescription without telling me because insurance does not cover it, and they just assume I won’t want to cover the cost of paying out of pocket (even though I’ve told them multiple times that I will and have paid for/picked up multiple times).
I have to physically go into the location every time to get this fixed. I would switch but unfortunately they are by far the cheapest option for what I need.

Must be the worst pharmacy in town. This place is a menace to the community, people cannot count on this place to get their essential medication on time. People suffer because of the incompetence of the terrible and uncaring staff here. If I could give less than one star I would. The Drs here should be mortified at the grief they cause their customers and patients but they're not. They seem to encourage terrible work and service. 0/10 Avoid at all costs.

The 3rd month going every time it’s they dnt have the full prescription or it’s not in,!,,Just today 2 hours on the phone one call for a hour on hold and 2 call for 30 Min,I suggest you go somewhere else,! This ain’t even the half of it!!! Good luck
